Bright, newly updated 3 BR 2 BA condo - Walk to Pier and Village!

We stayed here Thanksgiving Holiday. Very Beautiful location and this house had Everything we could possibly need including covered parking. We will definitely be returning here Again!!!

Great condo. Very clean and easy walk down to the pier and town. The only thing that I would recommend is the scratched non stick cookware be upgraded. Other than that this was a fantastic unit.

Great place. Wish we knew it was an upstairs unit, maybe it said that but we missed that an had someone disabled with us.

We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and the hosts thought of so many things that were helpful to us: extra towels and blankets, dishwasher and laundry detergent and warm blankets. Check in and out were so helpful, and we really felt that we were at home.

It was very clean and comfortable. Amazing gated community. Great for a family weekend getaway

Perfect stay! The condo was clean, very spacious, comfy, close to everything, and had everything we could possibly need. Check in was super easy, great wi-fi access, and easy parking. Would stay again!

Very nice property with convenient location to the Village and Pier area. All the amenities you would need for a pleasant stay.

My wife and I along with our two kids, their mates and grandchildren spent the long July 4th weekend at this great SSI getaway. Plenty of room, well layed-out, beautifully updated, and well-appointed. Host was great to work with, too! Close enough to the beach and within walking distance to the pier. The pool is awesome as well. I highly recommend this space to anyone headed to St. Simons Island!

This condo was so cute and convenient to all the fun things to do on SSI!! We had a great vacation and will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as described and communication was quick and easy! We loved the close proximity to the pier and the park. The community is really lovely, the kids especially loved visiting the native turtles daily. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was just as described. Immaculate and all amenities provided (our only wish was that there was a gas grill. Location was central to everything. Loved it!

Our son is stationed at Ft. Stewart. St. Simons Island is close enough for him to travel to and it was a wonderful place to visit! The condo was lovely and we enjoyed the island very much. We could walk to the village and the pier. The condo is clean and well appointed. I have stayed in many VRBOs so here are things that I appreciate: 1) the kitchen had everything I needed to be able to cook at home. Eating out is fun but it's nice to be able to grab some meals at home and enjoy just relaxing. 2) I always appreciate having some basics like hand soap, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc. I was very pleased to have all of that upon arrival. 3) Lots of towels! And, we even had beach towels!! Some places that I have stayed have been kind of skimpy on towels. There were plenty for all three of us and they were nice. And having beach towels was definitely a plus. 4) There was a pool available but we never made it to the pool so I can't really comment on that. 5) I did have to contact the owner about the entry code (yes, it was user error!) She was readily available and very nice and helpful. My only suggestions would be maybe to have a Keurig and a new mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress sags to the middle. We visited the lighthouse museum and the WWII museum. Both both very interesting. The view from the lighthouse is worth the climb. We did drive to Savannah one day. Mass at the Cathedral was great. We will definitely be back.
