Bright Lake-View Condo Near Anna Maria Island & IMG with Heated Pools & Hot Tubs

Very clean condo, two bedrooms, and two full baths, which was great. Plenty of parking in front. One street from Cortez Road that has all the supermarkets and restaurants.

Great place that I would highly recommend to anyone. Modern, clean, great location, easy access, and parking. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. Two nice pools and a jacuzzi on site, very nice. Great communication from the owner and very easy instructions for check in and check out. We loved our stay here and would def like to come back for a future vacation. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the strict no alcohol policy at the pool....and the very rude lady policing it. 80 degrees, sunny, on vacation, and at the pool and you can't enjoy a cold beer? C'Mon.

The condo was amazing and comfortable! The location was perfect, super close to a grocery store, shopping and restaurants and many beautiful sites and fun things to do! Just a short drive with great views to Anna Maria Island to go relax on the beach! Absolutely loved it! The on-site pools and spas were a perfect nightly thing for us to go use after a day at the beach or just to relax!

Absolutely immaculate property. Everything you could need for your vacay! I mean from spices to every dish you could need. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Couldn’t have been happier.

The property was exactly as pictured. My wife and I loved the apartment. Ervin was FANTASTIC with communication ; he allowed us to extend our stay with no issues and supported our request to ship an item bought online to his property during our stay. Again, a very good communicator! We would use Ervin and his property again without hesitation.

The condo was nice, plenty of space for our family, big kitchen and good size rooms. The check in process is super easy and the keypad on the door made it very nice to not have to carry a key around. The location made it SUPER easy to get to the beach and downtown Bradenton. Some things that would have been nice: beach towels, more then 1 garbage bag, clocks in the bedrooms. The property: easy walk to the pools, which were nicely taken care of and clean, but very warm. Most days the water temperature was 88. Make sure to take your pool passes because they do ask to see them! Lots to do: shuffle board, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, etc you just have to sign out the equipment in the club house. The reason I’m not going with 5 stars is that the place is definitely geared toward 55 and up community, which is fine, but when you rent to families with kids it’s hard. The pools always had older people there, who probably live there and it made me feel rude by putting kids into their environment. The pool rules of no balls, no floats, no jumping in (not just diving) are implemented, and the staff will come out and threaten to take your passes. Many families we met renting there were in agreement that it isn’t the best place for kids. We met 3 staff members while there, 2 were nice but the 3rd was rude and strict. Overall, great place, just a heads up that the pool areas aren’t the best for kids.

Comfortable large rooms. Stocked quite well. Easy to get around. Nice swim pool and other game courts.

Great communication with host. Really nice unit clean & comfortable. Comfortable bed & convenient location. We would stay again.

Ervins wonderful condo scores big with a tastefully interior and is thoughtfully equipped so theres nothing left to be desired, while located closely to beaches and entertainment.Its in the perfect spot to enjoy all of Bradentons close-by great offerings, restaurants, beaches, nightlife and shopping. And cherry on top - Ervin's an awesome host, always caring, being responsive and helpful with so many things! Its 6 out of 5 stars!Thanks for having us ! Owner Ervin is phenomenal and very responsive to any communication. Condo was clean and met all our needs. There was a small washer/dryer as well as every kitchen gadget you would need for your vacation. Beds were comfortable, TV available in each room.Living room furniture was a bit worn as well as the lanai furniture but certainly still useable.Clubhouse has bbq grills/pool/hot tub for use.Extremely good value for the money. Plan on using them again in the future!

This was honestly the best VRBO experience we’ve had. We needed a last-minute place and got lucky that Ervin’s condo was available. It’s super spacious, really nicely updated, and very clean. My wife and I loved sitting out on the lanai with the cool breeze and peaceful lake view, it was such a relaxing spot. The condo had everything we needed, and being able to walk to Publix for groceries made things easy. We also enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and the clubhouse staff was friendly and helpful. We’re really grateful for the stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent apartment...everything you could need was supplied...Cleaned to a very high standard...Facilities at shorewalk villas are Excellent...availed of all the amenities...Peaceful and quiet...Host responded to all our queries immediately...We would stay here again...

We had a fantastic stay. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The host is highly professional and responded promptly to all my inquiries. The pool and hot tub are ideal spots to unwind. We will definitely return on our next trip.

The place was super clean and accomodated two couples with the two bedrooms and two baths. Nice showers and appliances and a lanai right on a pond with fountains. Great location by IMG, PUBLIX and a short drive to the beach.

Condo had pretty well everything we needed. Owner even provide beach chairs and towels. Smaller of the 2 pools was particularly nice . Comms with Host were especially good.

We enjoyed our stay. Host is nice and respond quickly.

The whole complex was great it was quiet and the condo was fantastic. The only thing I could say that I wish there was would be kids dishware all the cups were glass and plates ceramic but over all was a pleasant experience.

Has to be one of the best properties in the Shorewalk Community. Ervin is a great host and insures your stay is the best it can be. We have stayed in this property many times and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend this property, or any other property Ervin is a part of without any reservation.

It was very nice place . But we had one paper towel for the two nights and 3 days. One towel each . So we could have used more supplies. And towels . Also had to bring our own pillows cause there’s were feather and at are allergic. Think they could have changed them out .

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The property is as advertised. Location was good. Close to a number of restaurants and a short drive to the beaches. The property owner was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.

Great place, made some great memories with our family here. Well cared for, very clean, well maintained. Great communication also, thanks again!

This condo was exactly as advertised and the perfect stop for our short getaway. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the pool and sports courts too.

CHECK IN WAS SUPER EASY. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND EXACTLY HOW IT LOOKED IN THE PICTURES. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. IF YOU NEED BEACH TOWELS OR BEACH CHAIRS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN. I WOULD DEFINATELY COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Everything with this stay was excellent and what they said it would be. My only issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress could use to be updated. I would definitely stay here again.
