    We picked this condo for a quiet, peaceful place right on the beach and were not disappointed. Great view and a very short walk to the beach. Beach wasn’t too crowded and was nice to have a short walk back to use the restroom. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the waves. Unit was clean and has a good layout. Enjoyed Dante’s pizza next door a couple times.

    This was our first trip to Sanibel and we could not have asked for a better location. The condo is a beachfront, corner unit top floor, with perfect views to the ocean and the west to capture the beautiful island sunsets. Extremely clean, quiet and spacious for our family of 4. While Loggerhead Cay is a larger complex, it didn't feel large and was never busy at the pool, beach, grills or shuffleboard. The location was excellent for biking to the lighthouse, shops and restaurants and even further trips to the Wildlife Refuge. We did arrive on the Island after hours and during an awful storm that caused power outages and no access to the property office to pick up our keys due to the outage. I recommend Royal Shell have more than one maintenance staff on hand or have office staff assist under such situation. Once we arrived at the unit, the deadbolt was locked, but a key wasn't provided. The facility guy had to make a second run to the office to locate a key and bring to us. Even under the circumstance, we would definitely book this unit again!! It was a week of perfection and a much needed break for my family. We hope to visit Sanibel again!

    You can't beat the view. Reasonable rate. Owner could do some work on the screeching sliders. Satisfied.
