Bright & Cozy Poolside Retreat in Oceanfront New Smyrna Beach Condo!

Excellent condo located in a lovely spot. Communication was quick and accessing the condo with very easy. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great location and easy check in. The condo was clean but there was a horrid smell in the master closet, so we kept that door closed and didn't hang our clothes. Overall though a good place.

I was in town for business and the location was perfect and the unit fit my needs and exceeded all expectations!

This was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in, the owners really thought of everything you could need. Definitely a home away from home, we loved all the beach toys and chairs, and it was so nice to have games to play inside when it rained. We will absolutely be back, thank you so much to the hosts for such a great stay!

Property was as described and the unit was in good repair, as per all the good reviews. Great location in central Florida, near enough for all the activities, but still a small beach town feel. No worries.

So I normally do not put much effort into reviews...(just the stars) but for this stay, I MUST give full details. (long...but worth the read). We have visited New Smyrna Beach multiple times over the years since we have family in Edgewater. We love it here and look forward to coming back yearly for spring break with our children. This year we decided to do a week long vacation during the summer season since our local beaches have extremely high rates. When I say this place was perfect, IT WAS PERFECT! I have never stayed in a VRBO that had everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen is FULLY equipped/stocked. Appliances are up to date. Beds are super conformable. Bathrooms are clean and updated as well. This beach is awesome because you can drive on it (cuts out dragging bags/carts/beach toys up/down stairs). Access to the beach via car is 2 left turns out of the parking lot...maybe 2 blocks total. So convenient! We would pull the truck around at about 830 every morning to get our spot right in front of our building. The pool is nice as well. Grills are also available (which we took advantage of). Also, ice cream/tacos are walkable across the street. If there were any negatives, it has nothing to do with the owner of the condo. 1) no ramp if you did want to pull a buggy to the beach..(only stairs). 2) whatever those bugs are at night, they are a pain.be sure to pack spray. 3) bring quarters..the dryers take 2 cycles. Overall,We loved it!!!!!

The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was very quick. It was wonderful to have the beach and the pool so close. It was so nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided for swimming pool and beach fun. We Definitely want to return someday.

We loved the place. Convenient to Izzy’s with the best tacos and sundaes and the beach! So comfortable and lots of extras from children’s toys to a beautiful balcony where you can watch the ocean. Probably my favorite of my stays at New Smyrna beach to date and we’ve been several times.
