Bright Condo with Private Beach Access and Short Drive to Cities and Parks

Property has an excellent location and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. James is a fantastic host, very prompt on communication. The toaster wasn't working and the next day a new one was delivered!

We had the best time. It was clean and everything was easy to use and provided from the beginning. We didn’t need coolers and pool floats. It was all there. There were beach toys and the access to the beach was the perfect spot for us and our 1 year old.

My sister, niece and I had a wonderful time, and the condo was perfect and had everything we needed and more! It was so nice and peaceful sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee, and the beach and ocean were amazingly beautiful! We love peace and quiet and that is exactly what we experienced. The condo was very clean as well. Hope to return again some time.

The condo was dated, but we dont really mind as long as it is clean, and it was. There were plenty of towels, a plus! The construction next door was really annoying as you are woken up at 7:30 M-F with the banging, clanking, and beep beeps from the equipment backing up. They were soon to be completed with the work, so it may not be a problem. But the host was super responsive and overall we had an amazing time!

Check in was easy, the condo was just as described. We had a great stay!

James is awesome. We had a small issue with the fridge and within 2 hours a brand new mini-fridge was delivered to get us through a day until everything was good with the regular fridge. He answered my questions very quickly.

Host - by email so very attentive to our needs and request. It was a high priority for him that we were comfortable and happy.Eg there was a problem with the washer that he ensured was resolved so that the inconvenience was minimised.Location amazing.

Condo was in a great location, and contained a lot of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and toys. Kitchen was well equipped. There was some construction at the building next door during the day, so there was some noise, but that didn’t affect us as we were at the beach or out during the day. The owners were responsive and quick to answer our messages. Overall great stay.

Was a great vacation from check-in to check-out. The condo was clean and had all necessities from beach gear to kitchen utensils. The morning was great to relax on the intercostal and pool area. The beach was a quick walk with excellent views. We will definately try to book another vacation here.

Unit nice but bed in second bedroom extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also a lot of work going on, on outside of bldg. that we were unaware of when we booked. Pool locked from 10p-8am and this also includes the fishing area so if you wanna fish you can only from 8am-10p.

Everything was exactly as it was explained on the Vrbo website. James is excellent with communication. Very clean, well stocked, and plenty of items to cook with. The only recommendation in the kitchen would be to get a keruig coffee maker. A/C was perfect. Towels & linens were nice along with beach towels. There was a carry cooler, ice packs in freezer, beach umbrella, 5 beach chairs, and lots of noodles to float on in the water. Perfect location. Caddy's was our favorite restaurant. Walk to it! Quiet and peaceful at night. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge! Lots of leftover products to use under sinks. Enjoy! We will be back!

Great value & we loved quiet waters. Not very busy, nice pool, and easy access to the beach. The sliding glass doors need some attention as they didn’t close all the way but other than that it was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at this property for 12 nights with our 4 children ages 20, 18, 11, and 7. This was our first time in IRB. It was amazing and we will definitely be back! The property was perfect for us. Enough room for all of us and had everything we needed. Beach was easily accessible right across the street. We saw dolphins daily and even a manatee and a few stingrays. We usually visit Destin but all the kids agreed they preferred IRB with it's calm waters and less crowding.

We've stayed in this area on several previous occasions, and have paid a lot more for a lot less! The location is perfect - just across the road from a sandy path to the beach, where we spent most days. The condo is spacious, with plenty of room for two of us, and would also be large enough for 4 people. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable - we slept extremely well every night. The shower in the en-suite was large and water was hot (we didn't use the shower or tub in the other bathroom, but they looked just fine). Kitchen has everything you could need. The washing machine and tumble dryer were excellent - washed and dried well and meant we didn't need to bring so many clothes with us. The owner was always prompt when we messaged him, both before and during the stay. All in all a fantastic stay, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here! We give the place a 10/10 with a couple of caveats. Was the condo pristine and modern without flaws? No, but it was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed in an affordable beachside condo with 3 kids. The layout of the place was great, the washer dryer a convenient plus, and the natural light in the living room area in the corner unit quite lovely. Check in was not as smooth as we would have liked but the owner James was helpful and it was resolved within an hour. The windows and terrace doors were hard to open sometimes, and the dishwasher was super loud when running, but these are minor inconveniences in a well stocked condo with very comfy beds and a closet full of beach stuff we needed and were able to use. The sofas were new and nicer/better than the ones in the photos. And I would definitely bring a sound machine - we always travel with one - because the master bedroom faces the road, but the most beautiful beach with amazing sunsets was just across that same road. The pool and hot tub area was clean and when we grilled steak on the common grill down there my husband said it was better than our grill at home. The unit was not perfect, but it was perfectly wonderful and we plan to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Quiet Waters. Great location across from The Gulf. Our place faced Gulf Boulevard and was a bit noisy with the traffic. Pool and hot tub were nice.

We had such a great stay here! The unit is very spacious, clean, and so well stocked. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The beach is right across the street and so pristine and relaxing. The location is perfect, with many great spots and attractions just a short drive away. We had such an enjoyable vacation here, highly recommend!

We had a great time staying in Indian Shores, and the condo met our needs well!
