Bright & clean beachside condo with heated pool ~ FN 604

Property could use a renovation but it still maintains its older charm at the same time. Great area and right around the corner from the beach!

PROS- Pool and pool area great, access to nice beach, parking. Beds, A/C, furniture and TVs good too. New fridge. Nice size master bedroom and bed. I liked the bbq area. There is no porch to chill and have coffee in morning but that’s ok there is a nice sitting area outside by shuffleboard court. CONS- floors need a good mopping. Were vacuumed but dirty. Carpets could use a steam cleaning. Shades were dusty.

Excellent location...walking distance to beach. Very clean and roomy; shows a bit of wear and tear and bathroom cramped, but overall great. Extra fees almost double the price.

Close to the beach, easy parking, close to restaurants.

Condo is in a good area close by to many restaurants and things to do. Beach and pool were not very enjoyable as the water was SO hot, not even refreshing. Not the condos fault, just mother nature. Only downside was half of our family had to go home due to the place not being handicap accessible with no elevator. That was a big bummer. We had to pay 75 for an extra parking permit due to this, when the vehicle that had the free permit, didn't even stay.

Best thing about this condo is the location. You don’t even need a car…Everything is close by …,

This is the perfect spot to stay for beach access. Everything you need is in the apartment. Nicely renovated and a comfortable bed!

Our family of 4 stayed at this well appointed condo while visiting college with our son. The location of the condo was wonderful (about a 30 second walk to the beach), and the pool was clean and uncrowded. Parking was never a problem, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at St Pete. Very convenient location. Everything you need around. I was please to find beach umbrella, a folding chair, noodles a skimboard and a thermo bag that we used every day at the beach for cold drinks and subs . I can't wait to come back.

Location to beach can’t be beat. Updated furnishings and decor. Living room was very comfortable. King bed was well appointed and comfy as well. Second bedroom best for younger kids or girls but our teen boys did well- especially with open and large living space.

It worked out great for our vacation. Due to the small stove we decided to eat out and not cook for the week. There are some upgrades. Would be nice to have a broom in the condo to sweep the floor periodically.

We absolutely loved our time in this condo. Short walk to the beach, great pool and comfty beds!
