Bright & Beachy Condo- pool, tennis, bike to town! Less than 2mi to the ocean!

Our family and children had a great time at this condo. Right next to the pool, playground, grocery stores and very short drive to beaches and town. Host is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a lovely stay with our family and dog. The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and had easy access to the pool and facilities. This spot is within walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue, which is super convenient. Loved that it was a nice respite from the busy beach area.

Had a great stay at this beautiful beach townhouse. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Townhouse was close to all attractions. Short walk to beach and trails. Relaxing deck that overlooks pool and great for reading and beautiful morning coffee watching sunrises Quite community. Very clean and kitchen has everything you need for a great getaway. Hope to visit again.

Hi, an excellent stay at this property over Fourth of July weekend. The property is in a great location with easy access to bike into Rehobeth. An added bonus were the bikes that came with the condo allowed us to hop on and ride into town for dinner and fireworks. The condo community is lovely the very nice pool and Easy to access clubhouse. While we didn’t use the kitchen for any meal prep, it was well stocked and ready for any cooking you might wanna do.My only recommendation is to replace the blinds in the master bedroom as well as towels that are well worn and stained, although cleanas they were very worn and took away from the other ones exceptionally clean condo.

My wife and I and our pittie spent 4 nights in this condo. It was a wonderful place: spacious, comfortable, with balcony access too. We loved the location and how it was just a few minutes to drive into town and to the beach. We loved being able to use the pool (and that it offered tennis court/basketball court and gym amenities too). Cheryl was just wonderful! She communicated promptly and was so kind! She has the place stocked with anything you might need, even had extra pet supplies. I was especially grateful for those (stairs, extra bowls and beds). Although we brought our dog’s bed, crate, bowls etc, we were able to use the pet steps that were provided. Our dog is now nearing 7 and although she still acts like a puppy, she has arthritis. Having the steps available was amazing!

The condo was was very comfortable & a great place to relax after a days activities. We mostly drove & parked but there are bicycles available. Beautiful pool.

We loved staying here. Kids enjoyed literally being next door to both the pool and mini playground. The condo is beautiful, spacious and has such cool art and decor along with one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had in a rental. There were a ton of beach toys and gear all stored in the front closet and a nice large capacity washer dryer to take care of wet clothes. Very convenient location to get to the beach and with planning, using the residential permit means free parking about a block from the boardwalk. The only bummer was my assumption there would be community grills somewhere. Doesn’t quite feel

We had a great trip to Rehoboth while staying at Cheryl’s unit. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very dog-friendly. The location worked out really well for us since we split our time visiting with family in Dewey and Rehoboth. Cheryl was super responsive and we will definitely book with her again for our next trip to the beach.

This condo is beautiful and a great location. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. If you are familiar with the area, you don’t even have to get into all the Route 1 traffic for shopping or some restaurants. Cheryl was great to deal with. We would definitely like to rent this condo again!!

What a great condo! We've stayed in many rentals but this one was by far the most thoughtfully appointed. Anything you could want is available. There are bikes/helmets/beach chairs/beach toys/dog beds/dog toys/beach towels - you name it, it is there! The place is even nicer than the photos. Super dog-friendly, great location, comfortable. Cheryl is a fantastic host and we can't wait to go back!

Such a perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! The condo was so clean and organized. A sweet welcome note and treat to start our trip. The amenities were great and the location was perfect since we always drive to the beach anyway. Close to shopping and downtown. The provided Rehoboth parking pass was another great perk too! Communication with Cheryl was fantastic anytime we had questions and she let us know as soon as we could check in and gave us extra time to check out without us even asking. Truly made our experience so great, especially with having our toddler. Thank you for everything!

my wife and I took a short beach vacation. The Condo was just what we needed.

We had such a wonderful vacation. The place is beautiful and clean and accessible to everything. Cheryl is such a great host. She had her place stocked with toiletries, sheets, towels, etc. she even brought alcohol and a dozen donuts for our first day! We will definitely be returning.
