Getting Around:

Bankers Hill is a very walkable neighborhood but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Uber / Lyft are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OUTDOOR AREA/PATIO IS NOT AVAILABLE AND DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS UNIT. USE OF THE SPACE WILL RSULT IN A 200.00 FINE FROM THE HOA.



QUIET HOURS FROM 9PM-8AM:

To be kind to the neighbors, any loud noise levels have a STRICT 9pm curfew please.

The HOA is cracking down on excessive noise here. If any noise complaints are received, it is considered a violation of the rules and can result in a termination of the stay without refund.

    Really enjoyed the area, it was quite walkable to Balboa Park and Little Italy.Condo is very cozy and comfy in a quiet area.Hosts are very responsive and fixed any issues we had in no time. We'd return!

    This is a very nice updated property. Secure access in a great location to all of the things around balboa park, Gaslamp, little Italy, etc. Planes landing at the airport can be loud, but it really didn’t seem to bother our kids while sleeping. Very comfortable place. Nice kitchen and bathrooms.

    This place was awesome. We come to San Diego a lot and normally stay in nice hotels around the area. This was our first stay in a VRBO here in SD and we loved it.

    The house was loaded with all the utensils and dishware needed, house was clean and felt freshly updated. As noted the walls are extremely thin and the tall yet cool height of the ceilings gives a very open feel to the house it also creates an eco so you definitely have to watch your volume after 10pm when renting this property.
