Stayed Jan 25, 2026Great location, very close to the ski runs. The unit was clean and had many positive features; however, there was one significant issue. Unfortunately, the mattress provided very little support and felt extremely soft, more like a futon than a standard bed. After the first night, we experienced discomfort that continued throughout our week-long ski trip, which led us to alternate between the sofa bed and sleeping on the floor. The management team did try to help by providing an additional pillow-top layer, but this did not resolve the issue. While comfort can vary between individuals, most hotels and vacation rentals use medium or medium-soft mattresses to suit the majority of guests. A mattress with very limited support is not typical for a rental property, particularly one catering to active travelers such as skiers. Had the mattress provided adequate support, we would have rated this stay 5 out of 5. Until this is addressed, I would hesitate to recommend this property to guests who are physically active.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Check-in was simple and the Marquise was easy to find. The access code for the building, pool, parking, laundry, etc seemed excessively long (10 digits). They do tell you to take a picture of it so that you will always be able to get in. The room code used the last 6 digits. The condo and building were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. 7-8 minute walk to the Blackcomb Gondola and about 18 minutes to the Whistler Village. We were there in the summer, but in the winter, you would be able to walk about 5 minutes to where you could ski down to the gondola. There is bike storage in the parking garage which was handy but quite full. Our stay was for 11 days and there was not enough toilet paper in the condo. We called the office and they were quick to drop off a couple rolls but we knew that wouldn't be enough so we had to ask for more. Not sure why they wouldn't just supply more, but not a big deal. The parking was a bit frustrating. There is free parking on Spearhead Dr and Painted Cliff Road, but it was difficult to find a spot and we often had a 3-5 minute walk to get back to the condo. There is Parking Available as the add says, but it is 25/day (24 hours) which you need to factor into your budget if you want guaranteed indoor parking. This could have been more clear on the listing. We only had to pay for parking on Canada Day as the street parking was totally full.Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We had a great stay.
