We have stayed at this location since 2018 and it never disappoints! Clean, well-stocked, very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, with responsive and kind owners, ocean view, right across from the beach/boardwalk and a couple of blocks into town. We love it here!

Excellent location, close to the beach. Condo was very clean. Host is very responsive to messages. I would stay here again if in the area.

Had a great relaxing stay at this condo. Good location. We walked to dinner every night. Loved the suggestions of where to eat from Shawn and Rosemary. Will hopefully be able to return to Avalon in the future.

Great stay at a great place!

Very quiet and relaxing during the offseason. Nice view and sound of the ocean from the front balcony. Decorated very nicely! Equipped with everything you would need for vacation. Very easy place to find with plenty of parking options. Shawn and Rosemary are excellent hosts with great communication and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you’re going to visit Avalon we would highly recommend booking here!

Shawn is a great host, very responsive. Check-in process was seamless. The unit is in a great location for accessing the beach and for walking to restaurants in downtown Avalon.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a stay at the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect.

We had a mini family vacation and this unit was perfect for us. 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 years old. There was enough room for all of us, the unit is well stocked, and the location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, playground, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The owner is super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We would definitely stay here again, and you should too!

We have made a tradition of staying here Thanksgiving weekend. The hosts are attentive, responsive, and concerned that we have a comfortable stay. The unit's location can't be beat. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. Playground and boardwalk steps away. Dune drive very close so we could walk over and enjoy the weekend's festivities. Unit is well stocked, nicely decorated, and well cared for.

The porch was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Condo was peaceful and well stocked. Locaton to the downtown or beach was perfect for walking. There were lots of games, books and DVD for those wanting to just relax. All beach necessities available. Owner Shawn was very responsive to any questions and offered suggestions on where to eat. It was the perfect place for a Fall getaway.

This was a perfect spot for our family. Perfectly situated to the beach, the playground, and town! The condo was exactly what we needed and we loved sitting out at night to listen to the sound of the ocean!

This is a wonderful place to stay just one block from the beach with ocean views from the balcony. The place has a lot of charm and everything you need for your stay. It is also a 5 minute walk from the main street in Avalon with shops and restaurants. The owner was a fantastic communicator. Since we came during the off season, he even let us know the cleaning crew would be coming a little later in the day if we wanted to stay longer.

Great location, Great Neighborhood ! One block to the beach, boardwalk and park. The apartment, although not new, is well maintained.
