Bright and cozy apartment in Notting Hill.

Perfect location for our quick trip. Loved everything about it

We had a fantastic stay at this flat in Notting Hill. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and cafés, and only a short walk to Hyde Park. It’s also only about a block from the Central Line, which made getting around London incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself is newly renovated, very clean, and tucked away on a charming, quiet street, which made it feel both cozy and convenient.The host was incredibly communicative and made everything seamless, especially with our late-night arrival thanks to the easy check-in process. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to others, we’d happily stay here again in the future!

Delightful flat close to notting hill station and Kensington palace. Walkable to so much! Perfect for two adults and two kids!

Giovanni was excellent and accommodating to a couple of requests, also checking in after arrival to see if we were settling in OK to the apartment.

Underground was nearby with convenient supermarkets and coffee shops. Safe neighborhood with comprehensive facilities- bathrooms, heating, washer/dryer, bright lights and well equipped kitchen.

Great location, convenient to restaurants, shops, and major underground lines. The living area was comfortable to relax between activities, and the bedroom with bunk beds was perfect to give the kids their own sleeping space. We would definitely stay here again!

This lovely apartment was convenient for shops, bars, restaurants and the tube station. We had a lovely stay.

The host was so good and communicated very well with us. I lost the original keys but they came right over and got us a new set to get in. I made them another set but what service. The area has some good restaurants and please check out the Pizza Pilgrim!

The apartment was pleasant and well appointed. The entry and stairs are an unwelcome introduction to the property- dirty, narrow, unmaintained.

The perfect location for our visit to London, everything was close by. The flat was well equipped and very comfortable. Our host also communicated well and was very helpful.

Property is as shown in the listing. Excellent location that’s very easy to describe to cab drivers. We are not the easiest people to please and wholly recommend this place. My wife and I had our own bedroom with full bathroom, and my kids had their own bedroom with separate beds and an unattached full bathroom. The unit is in a tired building located right on the line of a high-end area, but the unit itself is not tired. It is bright, clean, open and inviting. We went to a local pub, a local grocery store, a local coffee shop, a local dessert place and I even as a joke went with my son to a local betting store but they wouldn’t let him in based on his age. We also went to the fantastic Portobello market about a 15 minute walk away. We went to those places because they were all walking distance from the unit.

What an excellent little flat located halfway between Notting Hill gate and Queensway tube stations! It was very quiet and peaceful and my wife and I and our two friends really enjoyed staying there!

The apartment is spacious and well equipped in an excellent location. There is a lovely coffee shop on the corner and a few shops for the essentials nearby. The only dissapointment was the mattress in the second bedroom which wasnt very comfortable - we had to use the duvet from the top bunk to try to pad out the matress and not feel the springs.

The location is amazing, five minutes or less to the Tube, coffee shops, restaurants and Kensington/Hyde park. The proximity to the Tube means you are 20 minutes or so to everywhere you want to go as a tourist. In fact, we never had to even change lines. The Circl Line took us everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was charming and very comfortable. Everything worked, and the two bathrooms made mornings very easy. The furniture in the living room was actually comfortable! The bedrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were perfect, and with the duvet, they basically created a nest for sleeping. I often judge a rental space by the quality of the linens. The towels, and the bedding were exceptional. I love large towels. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. The washer dryer combination was very efficient and like everything else in the apartment worked well. If this apartment is available. I highly recommend you book it as soon as possible.

what a find! charming neighborhood. easy walk to the park. the host has thought through everything you may need. spacious place. stayed with my husband and three kids. plenty of room. we will definitely stay here next time we’re in London!

- there were 35 steps to climb. I don’t believe it was in the listing. We were 67-72 in age with large bags and it was a challenge- a few small unnecessary hiccups: couldn’t get entry to unit (needed to know to touch and hold screen to show keypad), wrong wifi info, wrong keyless entry info initially- bunk beds extremely uncomfortable for adults (could feel springs)- had no heat or hot water for 1st day. Booklet said to check boiler but no instructions were given- giovanni did respond quickly though to each message and we were able to drop our bags off earlier than check-in time- nice interior and very clean but could hear anyone in the stairwell- great location

Nice place, good location at corner of Hyde Parc

Great stay in the flat, exactly as pictured, super clean, great location. Slight issue with keys at check in due to a lock being changed, but very quickly resolved and everyone was very helpful and responsive. Wonderful stay.

This was a wonderful stay. We were here with 6 people and though it wasn’t clean when we arrived early they let us put in our belongings so we could tour the town. They even set up an extra cot in the bunk room for us. The instructions to use things before hand was super useful. It is in the cutest location, right by Notting hill gate station, you can stop at Amazon fresh on your way back to the flat. We stayed multiple places on our current trip and this was my kids fab, there were even a few toys for them and the two bathrooms and showers were amazing. Thanks again!

Stayed at Gio’s place in Notting Hill. It’s on the 3rd floor of a walk up building. The flat has been renovated. Slightly odd check in process as the cleaner was a bit delayed in cleaning the unit upon check in. The cleaner was extremely nice but it made it slightly awkward. Otherwise, the flat is a short walk to the Tube and there are several eateries and coffee shops around the unit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This is a clean, quiet, and adorable flat with everything we needed for a great week in London. The location was perfect with close proximity to the tube, grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs. Giovanni was a great host and a was quick to respond to any inquiries. Our stay was perfect.

Really worked for us, fit 65ladies. 2 flights of stairs, no lift. Host is easy to contact & helpful. Very clean & cosy. 3 min to underground, local shops etc. Recommend.

The flat was slightly larger than shown in the photos. We had enough space for our family of five. It was very clean and the appliances are all new and working well. The flat is located very close to tube and bus and on a quiet street. Groceries are readily available. We would stay there again.

Small but cozy, clean and comfortable in a great location. Easy access to tube, buses, parks, cafes etc. we spent 9 days exploring London from this excellent little apartment. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for us. It is convenient to the Notting Hill Gate station; we used it almost daily during our week-long stay. Restaurants, bakeries, and groceries are close by. The neighborhood is pleasantly walkable once you are off the main street, and with Kensington Park practically across the street, the trails can take you nearly to Big Ben. The flat is clean, and very quiet in the evenings. The lighting is especially good.

If our family visit London again, definitely will stay here without hesitation. Very clean & great location. Good communication and thanks Giovanni for your flexibility in our early check in time! ;)

Had a great 5 days in giovanni’s apartment. Family of 4 - 2 adults and children 7 and 10. This was a well equipped and excellently located property. Very well positioned for access to nottinghill gate subway station. Plenty of local amenities for eating in and out. Great having Kennington and Hyde parks on the door step. The cosy apartment had all that we needed for our stay and provided a perfect base for us. Proactive and clear communications from giovanni. Would recommend.

Ideally situated from the tube station and other bus stops, groceries nearby. The appartment ist clean, well decorated, bright, big, two bathrooms. The beds are good to sleep in. The kitchen offers everything you need.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was comfortable, cozy yet very spacious with every amenity we could imagine. Giovanni was great to communicate with! The neighborhood is minutes from the underground subway/train. There is an Amazon Fresh store close by. Although the neighborhood was borderline and didn’t feel super safe, the property is very secure and very, very nice. dark.
