Bright, Airy — All You Need, Walk Downtown!

We were very disappointed with this stay. Upon arrival, there was an extremely strong fragrance/cologne odor throughout the condo that was overwhelming to the point it caused physical symptoms for our group, including headaches, nausea, and asthma-related breathing concerns. We contacted the host immediately and were advised to open windows and run a fan, but the windows would not stay open and had no screens despite being on the 4th floor, making that solution unrealistic for safety reasons. We were also concerned by cleanliness issues, including finding what appeared to be a prescription medication capsule on the bathroom floor, along with hair and a used Q-tip, which made us question whether the condo had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Because of the health and sanitation concerns, we were unable to stay and had to secure alternate accommodations. We reported the issue immediately but were unable to reach a resolution. I recognize others may have a different experience, but I wanted to share ours so future guests, particularly those with fragrance sensitivities or asthma, can make an informed decision.

Terrible experience. Got towed and cost me an extra $335. Visitor parking was full. Only 3 spots on the apartment side. Registered and parked at the closest spot next to it that wasn't labeled reserved. Basically an old apartment complex with a passive aggressive host. Asked for entry 40 mins early but was denied. Do not stay here!

Very organized and easy to use. Very user friendly service

This property was okay for the price. However, the apartment shows lots of wear & several small things were broken/damaged, including the air mattress that was to be the sleeping space for our 4th person. Although I messaged the host about the air mattress our first night, I never received a response from the host to remedy the situation. As such, 2 of our people had to share the futon in the living room that is not really designed to sleep 2 people. We found the futon and provided pillows to be uncomfortable.The apartment and property grounds were somewhat clean, but the floor of the apartment was very grimy, appearing to have not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. The rest of the apartment cleanliness was okay.The pool was closed during our stay with no signage indicating the reason or duration of the closure. We asked a nearby groundskeeper about the pool and were told that it would be closed until 11am because chlorine had been added. So, we waited around until that time and went back to the pool after 11am and found it to still be at chain closed.We found the reserved parking space without trouble and had no issues accessing the security gate which also appeared to be functioning. The elevator closer to the apartment was working throughout our stay, but it appeared to be non-functional on the day that we left.Overall, this is a cheap place to stay in downtown Ft Worth. It met that need for our stay, but we likely would not stay here again.

We were in Fort Worth for our daughter’s gymnastics meet. Place was roughly 10-15 minute walk to the convention center. Walked multiple times from the unit to restaurants and convention center. Easy and clear check in process. Place was as described. A little wear in the bathtub area and unit walls. Kitchen was clean. Air mattress had a hole in it and owner addressed issue the next day, but didn’t affect our stay due to friends letting us borrow one. Outside the unit, in the stairwell, did have a urine smell most likely from dogs belonging to complex. Appears the complex does a cleaning every so often to address the issue. Overall would stay here again.

Extremely clean studio condo on the top floor of a quiet building with partial views of downtown Fort Worth. Washer/dryer in unit. Decently stocked, functional kitchen. Very quiet and pleasant indoors. There is a little noise from the freeway and the trains, but all is normal background noise that you would expect in the downtown area of a major city. Proximity to highways is excellent. Sundance Square is about a 10 minute walk in a very safe area of town. Lots of dining nearby! Management of the building (Not VRBO): Community breezeways have acceptable cleanliness, they are lit well at night, but they are not perfect. The elevators are functional, but it's very obvious the building is not proactively maintaining them. If you do decide to use the elevators, be aware that there were expired inspection certificates and very abnormal operating noises. I just chose to use the stairs. (4th floor). *Building management has no connection to the host*** There is a very nice community pool and fitness center onsite, there is also assigned parking via several apps. Spots are clearly labeled, but the association will tow vehicles improperly parked and/or unregistered. Recommend getting the gate access and car registration set up prior to arriving to ease stress. It's a little confusing and takes some time to figure out. :) Overall: Excellent place to stay if you're traveling alone or with a significant other. Great, timely, responsive host. Would stay again!

Everything was pretty smooth, it was kind of hard finding the elevator. There’s no water other than tap. The view is okay and it’s close to downtown. Overall pretty good BUT the host adds a 250 pending charge onto your card just in case there’s any problems after your stay.This 250 wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing, so when I check my bank it looked like they were going to charge me that amount on top of what I already paid. I got in contact with them to find out what the pending charge was for and they explained it that it was “just in case charge”. I just feel like we should know if they are going to put that on my card whether they charge or not. I almost had a heart attack when I seen it.

The room itself was very clean and I appreciated the attention to details like the vacuumed couch and karate chopped pillows! There's not much privacy in any part of the room- would be awkward if traveling with friends. It's a prime location, being just a 30 minute walk from Panther Pavillion and even closer to good bars/restaurants. My biggest issues were that the designated parking spot was taken and I had parked in visitors-a longer walk. The elevator was also not available in the section you are lead to. Not the hosts fault, but four flights of stairs with luggage was a workout.

Really cute space that was clean and in a good location. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the host and the east of registering guest vehicles.

This was lovely just what we needed. The only issue was it was a 3 flight walk up since the elevator was down. I'm asthmatic and it was a challenge for me. Other than that it was clean, cozy, cost effective and perfect for what we needed.

This was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. My parking spot was a long ways from the entrance. I wouldn't stay there again. They did answer and communicate well.
