Good to Know
This is a privately owned residence offered when we are away from town. It is designed for comfortable 30+ day living rather than short-term turnover stays.
• Reservations must be 30 consecutive nights or longer per HOA regulations
• Optional underground parking available for $150/month in the nearby complex, Santee Court
• Primary booking guest must be 25 years or older
• Additional adult guests must be verified and included in the reservation
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• The loft is not suitable for toddlers or children under 14 due to the open loft layout, artwork, collectible objects, and fragile furnishings
• While no pets are present during guest stays, cats live in the home when we are in residence, so the space may not be suitable for guests with severe cat allergies
