Bright 3rd-floor courtyard condo with balcony, pools, gym, & AC

The complex was large and a bit difficult to navigate at first. Old school actual key entry and separate key card to access the elevator. The unit was large, and we had plenty of space. It is close to the beach. Great Mexican restaurant on site. Super clean linens, but uncomfortable beds. The appliances were cleaned and washer/dryer was new. However, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and sand in the dish drainer and on the countertop. The carpet in the master bedroom is stained and dirty, and was not vacuumed. We found popcorn in the couch and under the dining room table. The vacasa staff were very responsive and helped us work thru some minor issues, and even offered to have the local cleaning crew contact us, but I ended up doing some cleaning up myself just so we could relax there. We got some strange robo calls but no one identified as someone with Vacasa or the cleaning company so cannot say for sure if they tried contact me.

The location was amazing. The condo is right on the beach and close to a nature preserve which was great for bike riding with the family. The complex is a little confusing and we struggled to find our assingned parking spot, condo and navigate the large facility this could be remidied with better signage. I feel some upgrades to the keys are needed as they use bulky RFID cards and physical keys. The condo was wonderful, clean and well stocked and inviting. Overall i would stay here again as it was close to everything but far enough youre out of the main tourist area.

We enjoyed our stay overall at this condo. I enjoyed the location and the staff was very kind and helped us out quickly when we had issues. We weren't given much instruction on where the elevators were located so it took us a bit to find them. The binder in the condo also mentioned a Game Room with 24/7 access but we couldn't find it anywhere. The other thing that made us uncomfortable was I felt like I had to wash every dish before I used it and I also felt like I had to wipe down or wash the toys before my kids played with them because they felt dirty.

We had a great time.

How close it was to the ocean!!!

The home was very spacious and an easy walk from the beach. The gym had enough equipment for a good workout.

Good location if you’re wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle and just enjoy the beach. Jose Tequila on property was very good!

Nice place and great location.

Convenience to beach, condo amenities were great. However was not as clean as expected, bathrooms were not santinized, toilets were dirty and counters were sticky.
