Bright 1BD/1BA Condo

Wonderful location, very nice accommodations.

Great location for driving or walking to shopping and restaurants, and view from condo was spectacular!

Good location for what we use—golf course, restaurants, CVS, Walmart, Target and other useful stores for staying here for over a month.

We had a great time in Phoenix and this unit was perfect. It is well located in a nice area, handy to a lot of the places in which we were interested such as the Musical Instrument Museum which we went to multiple times for concerts and the museum. The kitchen was well equipped with every appliance you could want. It was spotlessly clean and overlooks the golf course. Communication with the owner was easy. We would stay here again in the future.

Cheryl had absolutely everything you needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay at her place! It was quiet, comfortable, and the golf course/mountain view from the balcony was serene! I loved watching the sunsets from there. The property was meticulously maintained with lush landscaping and a gorgeous, large, cactus garden, along with five amazing pools and hot tubs that were super hot. I was even able to work out in the fitness center a few times and it was more than adequate! I was so impressed that I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Arizona, it was heavenly☀️??

Generally speaking, this is an excellent value. A nice amount of space and a fully functional kitchen. There is also a gas barbecue available for use, which we enjoyed on several occasions. You’ll find the residence here quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed many a night sitting on the balcony enjoying our meal and or beverages. We had a few very minor issues. However our host was very helpful and immediately available. A great value in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Grocery stores are also close by as it is a major highway.

This property was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped with an easy check in and check out. Close to pool and all amenities.

This is a very comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. There were four heated pools on the property and we enjoyed using them. The location was convenient to a shopping center across the street. The property was very quiet and we slept well.

Perfect spot for our needs. Will look to book again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much, felt like home. Well equipped, clean, had everything we needed. The view of the golf course and mountains is amazing. Cheryl is an outstanding host, available to answer any questions we had. We can definitely recommend this lovely condo and plan to stay there again!
