Brigantine Beach during the day and Atlantic City at night, best of both worlds!

I will say from the start that I am very hard to please. With that said I'll begin. The place in and of itself is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. It was clean, accommodating, and very comfortable. For most people this place is without a doubt a home run. The add boast that is has a view of the ocean. While that is true, the view is only from the corner of the outside balcony. The water pressure was extremely low and the hot water was not hot enough for me. The furnace had a hard time keeping up with the cold. This is definitely a summer place. Like I said, I am hard to please. On the flip side, the place was outstandingly clean and accommodating. I highly recommend the taco place and the Italian restaurant right up the road. You cannot go wrong renting this condo. It's about as close to the home feel as your going to get.

Condo overlooks the pool with a view of the ocean. It was spotless and very well equipped - towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, books, toys, bikes, washer/dryer, you name it - and everything worked as it's supposed to. Hosts respond to questions very promptly and are very accomodating. Great location. Plenty of good restaurants and conveniences.

The host answered any questions or concerns within a few minutes. Almost every possible need was anticipated. The price was excellent for an off season week.

Brigantine in the Fall is great and so is this condo. It’s spotless, well equipped, very comfortable and conveniently located. Check-in & out was zero problem. Friendly, gracious hosts.

The condo was extremely well equipped. We had everything we need. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We were disappointed to find that the gorgeous pool was only open Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 6. We were looking forward to using it.

Loved the apartment. Oceanview from your bed. Great for a family or two couples. Just as advertised. I would highly recommend. Luggage trolley was a life saver. It was a bday getaway but I still had to work. If the weather was nicer I could have worked on the balcony. Overall no complaints and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us.

I'm safe on the island pollen wise and the view of the ocean was an added plus while escaping. Nice that all rooms have such a view, with stunning morning bird activity in the dunes. Bit of a hike to the ocean proper so being in walking shape for this is best. Anna & Rick kindly have bikes for riding was well as beach tools. Nice touches. Would stay again.

This property has everything going for it.. It's a nice size for our party of two but easily accommodates more. Everything works as it's supposed to and it's fully equipped. Even my wife says it's spotlessly clean! HVAC works great and furniture is comfortable. Super location - easy to AC, casinos & restaurants & right on the Brigantine beach. Guests feel welcome as soon as they open the door and that feeling runs for the duration of the stay. Friendly, thoughtful hosts!!

We did a 10 day stay over Christmas, condo had everything you could including great location to enjoy Atlantic City and off-shore attractions like Smithville. Also enjoyed Brigantine very much Happy New Year

This is an extraordinary place to vacation at the beach. Ana and Rick have created a delightful space They have thought about and met all of your vacation needs.

We just returned from a week long stay in this attractive, spotless, well equipped condo. The hosts provide for everyone who might stay with them - beach towels & chairs and beach toys, bikes, games, 3 TVs and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The condo info provided on VRBO is accurate. Check-in is a breeze and hosts are unobtrusive but very available if they're needed. Kudos to Rick and Ana as model premier hosts.

We had a great stay at Rick and Ana's place! They were super communicative ahead of time, answering my questions and giving general info. We were in town for a triathlon in Atlantic City. They very graciously gave us an extra hour for checkout so we could get back to the condo to shower and pack up after the race and it was just what we needed. The house is well stocked with sheets, towels, beach towels, soap, tp, paper towels, pots and pans and even some cooking spices! The kids had a great time in the pool but even though they weren't being rowdy, there were some residents or guests that spoke to them about settling down. So I'm not sure the HOA loves kids but they were ready to get out anyway so it was fine. We absolutely loved Brigantine and wish we'd had more time to explore! I also wished we'd taken bike helmets for the kids and been able to take advantage of the cruiser bikes in the rental. I would absolutely come back again and would love to stay longer!

Overall, we loved the place. The condo itself was great. Clean, well supplied, very easy to instantly fall in love with for the week. Owner was easy to communicate with when needed and responsive. My only complaint is that I wish we knew the swimming was not allowed on the beach during the week after Labor day. Same with condo pool. (I also did not research this so perhaps part of that is on me). Brigantine has specific swimming beaches, as well so we hard to drive to it, as well as to atlantic city during the week. Brigantine is a beautiful place and i would stay here again without hesitation, just perhaps not after Labor day.

The condo had almost everything you would need. There could have been more face cloths. The place seemed dated with all the mirrors. There were too many pillows. The parking space was too small.

This is our third time at Rick and Ana’s, and they continue to impress! They’ve thought of everything, and their hospitality made for a much needed restful, fun, and laughter filled week! See you next year!

The property was beautiful and fully equipped including towels, beach tags and pool tags! And the building has assigned parking and an elevator! The property owners communicated well and answered all of our questions before and during our stay!
