This bright and spacious 2-bedroom condo boasts an open-concept layout, ideal for gathering and making lasting memories together. As the middle unit in a three-unit property, it provides a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for a comfortable stay. All three units are available for short-term rentals, so if you`re traveling with a larger group, feel free to reach out—we may be able to accommodate your entire party!

Brewer`s Hill is a vibrant, historic neighborhood in Milwaukee, known for its charming brick row houses, tree-lined streets, and easy access to the city’s best spots. Just minutes from downtown, it’s perfect for exploring local breweries, trendy restaurants, and lively bars. Enjoy a mix of city energy and residential charm, with parks, shops, and cultural attractions all within walking distance.

This unit has a private 1 car garage with room for 1 additional car in front of the garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. Street parking is also readily available & is free for 3 nights with permission from the city. Milwaukee has Bublr bike stations all through out the city. The Hop, Milwaukee`s street car, has a station 8 blocks away. Uber & Lyft are available.

* No Smoking:
- Please note that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free. Thank you!

* Communication & Quiet Hours:
- Please be aware that host communication may not be available between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Yard hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We ask that all guests respect these hours to ensure a restful experience for everyone.

* Building Information:
- This unit is located within a multi-unit building with close neighbors. While newly constructed, soundproofing may not be perfect, and you might hear some noise from above. If your group cannot adhere to these quiet hours, we kindly ask that you choose another unit.

* Pet Policy:
- Your dog must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless they are in a kennel/crate.
- Please keep your dog off all furniture (sofas, beds, etc.).
- If you use the yard, kindly clean up after your dog.
- Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.
- Any damage caused by the pet must be reported right away.

    The property was well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. It is located in a lovely, historic neighborhood, but is also within two miles of downtown and the art museum. The only downside is that sounds from the other units are easily heard due to the hardwood floors and open design.

    Strongly recommend. Great apartment. Directions were excellent especially to parking area- great to have a garage and parking for addition car outside garage. Instructions for entry were good but could have been more explicit about oartmwbr door. We were trying to use code in lock box. Looked at electronic one if door but it wasn't clear you gave to wave at it to get display to appear. However, a call and text for assistance got a very quick response back to us with directionsApartment was very clean and well equipped. Two bedrooms and two baths were well appointed. Nice that the pull out couch (used by a 14 year old) was in the slightly enclosed office area giving a bit of privacy. TV worked well and had options to use Roku, Netflix, etc but no cable (only one person was disappointed.) Outdoor deck was a great place to get morning sun and drink my clothes (or coffee ). Chairs could be more comfortable but the two cushions helped a bit.Internet connection was strong. Please note- master bedroom seems to get heat first so set temp a little lower to comfortable. But they happens in most homes. Other tenants (only saw one on top floor) were quiet and respectful. Only heard footsteps once! Would suggest guest book include instructions on Roku. While we use Roku at home, my sister and son had never used it and were a bit confused.Also would be nice to include local restaurants. Suggest Flickers pizza for pizoul.

    Very spacious and comfortably furnished. Quiet neighborhood very close to downtown, lower east side, and riverwest. Having a garage and second bathroom are features not usually available in this price range. Only minor complaints were the unfunctional icemaker and partially clogged hall bath tub. Would stay here again.

    This property is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood was very cute (especially if you like the hipster vibe) The rooms were very cozy and comfy. Wish I could have stayed longer, will be rebooking in the future. Also, the check-in and out was smooth.
