Breezy 2bd beachy vibes with modern comfort

We loved our stay! Gorgeous views. The kitchen was well-appointed and there were plenty of towels and linens. The AC only in the living room made the bedrooms a bit warmer than we would have liked but no worth deducting a star! Great experience.

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn’t have been happier with this condo. It had more kitchen appliances than expected which made food preparation easy. Nearby restaurants, beaches, and shopping were also a plus!

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. The entire condo is well stocked and very comfortable. The kitchen is remodeled and very nice. The lanai and ocean view are the best features. This location is lovely because you can walk on the beach and swim in the ocean, only steps from your condo. It would be great for families with small children because the Hawaiian fish pond is shallow and safe for little ones. We drove to other beaches for snorkeling and boogie boarding. There are many restaurants in Kihei. My only two complaints: no lock on the master bedroom door & very low ceiling fans in both bathrooms. If you are tall, you will inadvertently get your hands whacked by the fan blades. Ouch!

We had an issue first day with toilets not flushing and overflowing. Contacted management and they sent someone over who repaired it same day. Management was very helpful and wonderful to communicate with! The view was gorgeous and the location was great!

The view was nice, although you can’t see the sunset, not a full view of the ocean. The bathrooms were clean and there were no bugs. I think all the condos in Maui are on the smaller side. Warning, the ac unit is only in the main room making the bedrooms very toasty at night. The ceiling fans did little to help. Had a few issues with electricity in the unit and the property manager was quick to respond and send someone to check on it. Overall the property manager was great at answering questions. It was an ok unit, nothing fancy but did have a nice walking beach out the front of the condo unit.

This is one of the top vacation rentals I have stayed at. Location and property were great, close to grocery stores and restaurants. (Cafe O'lei is the best restaurant we went to) The beach and fish pond in front of the condo is a perfect place to relax and take kids to. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. We will be back!

5 stars across the board for this condo and my perfect stays property management. Great view of the beach and lots of great restaurants close by. Husband and son loved the shuffle board and beach chairs and toys were great as well. We loved all the amenities! The gift was adorable and thoughtful and the kitchen stuff was wonderful so we didn't have to go out and purchase the little things for only a little over a weeks stay such as spices, coffee, sugar, etc. Communication was smooth and informative. The unit was clean and washer/dryer convenient with some laundry pods :) Have already recommended to friends and family!

Cannot wait to go back! The only 3 downfalls where #1 the fridge broke before our arrival, so we didnt have a fridge (owner supplied us with a mini fridge) so our cost when up because the lack of being able to utilize this necessity. #2 when i booked this property, i was under the impression that it was on ground level, not on the 4th floor, i was bummed about that. #3 while the drinks were spectacular at the onsite restaurant you might want to know that it is indian based food such as curry, Non, Masala, while good sure, but not for some family's. Would have liked a little wider variety. The people we met where amazing, swam with turtles EVERY single day.

Great location for going whale watching and snorkeling. Beautiful beaches just outside the door. Fabulous breeze comes through the open doors. Not a new building so shows a few signs of wear.
