Owner operated. True Ski In - Ski Out Studio Condo on Peak 8 and close to town with Mountain Views.

Our corner unit condo overlooks 4 O’ Clock Run (ski in) and is located across the street from the Snowflake Lift (ski out), providing amazing access to Breckenridge Ski Resort! Tyra is one of the BEST locations in Breck and oneof the most desirable lodging locations for both winter and summer. Easy access to the mountain located on the lower part of Peak 8 (peak 8 is the most central area of resort), close to town (1/2 mile to Main St.) yet away from town bustle. Perfect for a single, couple or a small family whose priority is to maximize their time on the mountain & are comfortable in a smaller but well - designed space. One parking pass (which must be returned upon departure)is included for our uncovered lot.

Across the street, next to the Snowflake Lift is Charter Sports Rentals and a Breckenridge Ski Resort window making it easy to gear up & get on the mountain quickly. Guests can receive rental discounts at Charter Sports. The free bus (Breckenridge Free Ride) also picks up right next to the Snowflake Lift.

Our cozy, second floor studio sleeps 2 guests. Enjoy mountain views from both inside the condo & on the wrap around balcony. The condo also has large windows to bring in lots of sunlight. There is a fully-equipped, full kitchen with breakfast bar seating, quartzite counters & stainless appliances. The bathroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. The queen bed with a Sterns & Fosters mattress is situated as an alcove bed with rustic reclaimed wood around it.

Indoor & outdoor hot tubs are located in the building common area (indoor tubs open winter only).

Hard to beat spot if looking for a Ski In - Ski Out walkable to town! Summer & fall are just as amazing in Breckenridge. From the condo you can hike/bike out the door to Sawmill Reservoir via Sawmill Creek. Or, hike 4 O’Clock Trail to the 12,998 foot summit of Peak 8.

Owners have lived in Breckenridge & currently reside an hour away & can help with recommendations for your stay!

BRECKENRIDGE (VAIL) RESORTS RESERVATION SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE RESORT DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY A reservation system is not in place for the upcoming ski season, but could change due to COVID or other safety reasons. The hot tubs are open (indoor tubs open winter only) but are not guaranteed to be open if closure is necessary due to COVID safety or any maintenance/repair.

Breckenridge Ski Resort is open mid November though mid May but typically keeps the Snowflake lift (our ski-out access) open mid November through mid April (dates are subject to change dependent on snow/resort conditions). Our ski in access via Four O’ Clock run is weather dependent and typically opens early December and closes mid April. The Snowflake lift historically opens mid November and closes mid April.

The Town of Breckenridge has enforced stricter guidelines regarding noise violations. Owners can potentially lose their short term rental license if there are violations by a guest. Violations will not be tolerated and will require guests to vacate the property immediately without refund & guests will be responsible for applicable fines.

    Well equipped comfortable unit! It’s one minute walk to the snowflake lift, and 10 mins to downtown, a perfect match. Lower 4 o’clock was not open yet, but that’s just current weather, it’s a super easy to get back to lift via one of the many free bus routes.

    My wife and I spent a great weekend at this condo. Communication with Becky was quick and responsive. The condo had plenty of room for the two of us and the views were amazing both inside the unit and on the balcony. The place was very clean, comfortable and included everything needed for our stay.The location could not have been better. It was a short downhill walk into Breckenridge or there was a stop for the free bus located directly across the street for when we wanted to explore farther out. If we make it back to Breckenridge we definitely would check the availability of this condo.

    The location was perfect for ski in and out. Didn’t really need a car, Main Street is just a 3-5 minute walk! If you need to go anywhere, there is a free ride bus stop right where the ski lift is located, so convenient!The property had everything we needed, we went out to dinner but the kitchen seemed liked it had plenty of dishes, basic spices, etcWe would definitely stay again!

    We had a great stay. Ski rental and lift is a 20 yard walk. At the end of the day you ski right up to the resort. If you don’t have a car, there is a trolley that comes by every 15 minutes that can take you right to Downtown.

    We’ve come to Breckenridge multiple times and love staying on 4 O’Clock Road so we can walk to downtown really easily. This is across the street from the Snowflake Trail which is an easy hike but a beautiful spot. Two thumbs up ??

    We had a great 2 night stay in Breckenridge. The condo was exactly as described, was spotlessly clean on arrival, and checkin and checkout were a breeze. Location was great with trails right out the door and a very short walk to restaurants and shops downtown. Definitely preferred the easy access of the smaller condo complex vs some of the larger hotel style condos in Breckenridge. Decor of the unit was very nice with lots of cool mountain touches.
