Perched on the ninth floor, overlooking the beach below, this home is only steps from thebeachside action and a short walk from Padre Island's seaside restaurants and shops. You'll also be right next door to Schlitterbahn, putting water-soaked fun just minutes away!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, fitness center, cable TV, free WiFi, and a DVD player. Kick back in the cool central A/C while the private washer/dryer does the laundry, then end your day with a nightcap on the balcony as you take in the views.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The pictures don’t do it justice! The condo was great. Very clean. Basic amenities but enough to get you by! Enjoyed the beach toys and beach towels. This was helpful! Overall we would stay again!

    I love that check in was very easy and the pool is great, the gym was nice as well. My daughters love the view and the rooms beach vibe. The atmosphere is great there. This was are second time staying at Sapphire and we look forward to visiting it again.

    The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The property was always clean and quiet. Definitely a place if you want to snowbird or just relax. Staff was always helpful and always working on cleaning the promise and out. Parking is very accessible and allows for ample coverage if your car in the event of rain.

    We were surprised by the outdated furnishings of the condo. The living room chair, couch, and food stool were disgustingly filthy. The bunk beds were wobbly and we were afraid they would fall apart with the kids in them. None of the decorations matched. It's like everything was purchased at a thrift store and randomly placed in the spaces. There was not enough seating for 6 people to eat together at the table for 4. I was extremely disappointed in this condo. The freezer of the refrigerator leaked. I reported it. They never sent a technician. They told me to use the towels to clean it up. Yet there were not enough towels for 6 people, for 3 nights. They told me to wash them. Speaking of the towels, they were so rough and old. Yes, the type to use to clean the floor and not dry your body. We were glad to have the music from the Jimmy Buffet Resort be turned down in the evening. One pool is for the Sapphire condo and the other is for Jimmy Buffet Resort. You can't go back and forth between them. Sadly, we were so disappointed in this condo that we left a day early.

    Beautiful and well stocked with essentials and a few extras like a pizza cutter and good coffee! We especially appreciated the life jackets for the kids. Loved it!
