Great view, lovely home

We arrived at the property at check in time and opened the lock box and there was no key. I called the host and she forgot the door had a keyed code for the unit. When we got in the unit the heat was set on 77 degrees. It was very hot in the unit and outside was 78 degrees. We put the air conditioning on but the unit never cooled down. It was unbearably hot to sleep in the unit. The blinds on the windows looking out to the beautiful view were broken and would not open. The coffee maker would not work. After we woke the first night we packed up and left. The deck had nails that stuck out of all the boards and you had to wear shoes or you would cut your feet in the nails. Our stay was cut short due to the inefficient air conditioning in the unit. We were very disappointed in the unit and even more disappointed by the response of the host. She became belligerent and basically ignored our request for a refund due to the unacceptable condition of the unit. I would not recommend renting this unit at any time of year.

This was our 3rd time. The condo has excellent views and is very comfortable. Host was super nice and easy to work with. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful view, woke up in the morning to a magical dusting of snow. I can imagine it being lovely in the spring and fall, too. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We loved the fireplace.

We had a great stay! The views from the condo are phenomenal. The condo was clean upon arrival, and we had great communications with the owner.

As soon as we walked into the place, we knew we had made the right decision for our Fall getaway. Panoramic views of the mountains as far as the eye can see. The photos don’t do it justice. We spent as much time as possible on the balcony enjoying the sunrise and views throughout the day. The condo was comfortable and roomy enough for five. The furnishings are a bit worn and dated, but not enough to keep us from going back in the future.

Absolutely loved the condo. Beautiful views from the top of the mountain. Wintergreen also has sevwral wonderful trails and is cloae to several beautiful hikes. Would definitely recommend this place and will most likely be going back.

Absolutely stunning mountain views

The location and the views were amazing. The directions to the condo were spot on. The living room carpet is in need of a good cleaning. And the whole condo needs updating - furniture, fixtures, cupboards and to many unkept decorative items.

Beautiful place, awesome views over the mountains. Great for our group get together. Sitting on the deck enjoying morning coffee and watching the birds and rabbits was wonderful. Would stay again. Kitchen well stocked, host very communitive and informative. Had a great stay.

The unit is beautiful and very clean. The views are awesome from the deck. But for my family what set this unit apart from others was the wonderful host who worked with us when we got sick. We plan on going many more times as a result.

We loved this condo. The view was as beautiful as it had been describe. We enjoyed watching the birds and other wild life from the balcony in addition to the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The tree swallows were particularly entertaining! The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was comfortable. Access and instructions were great. We would love to stay there again sometime. Lovely view and exactly what we needed.

We had the craziest drive to the condo Friday evening. We had 5 ft visibility maybe. The bath was nice in the large tub, until the water didn’t drain and was told maintenance would come but no on came to fix it. That was disappointing after working 8 hours planting a garden 25x48 feet. We were exhausted and just took hot showers. The coffee pot plastic filter holder does not match or the pot does not match because the coffee doesn’t pause while you remove pot to fill cup, it continues to drip making a mess. We were in the clouds our entire visit and beautiful. We enjoyed your decor. And books. Thank you for having us, it met our needs.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything from checkin to checkout was as it was said in instructions and smooth. Gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset! Perfect weekend away to surprise my wife for her Birthday and we will be back again soon!!
