Breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton

Property is as described. Big picture windows enhance a lovely view of the lake, complete with beautiful sunsets. Furnishings are updated and comfortable and provide plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack and stay awhile. Kitchen is well stocked with large and small appliances. Master tub and shower are on the small side, but certainly functional and plenty spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as presented in the description. Everything was clean and fresh. It was a great space for a family getaway with perfect proximity to dining and entertainment. The only complaint I had was having to ask for check in instructions and door code access. I never received check out instructions so I followed standard rental protocol. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others as well. Also, I don’t usually rest well when traveling but the master bed was sooo comfortable! You can’t beat a Lake Hamilton sunrise/sunset… will return soon!

Great property.... Great location

The sauna did not work. We did not report it because before we even knew it didn’t work we had ran into the maintenance man at the hot tub and he complained about having to drive 25 min to come check things he saw in the camera from other people The sauna and hot tub were the man reason we chose this location so tha was disappointing. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Clean! Comfy!!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was great and just as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the little extras and will stay again!!

The home itself was great and as described. Communication could be improved.. we had to reach out to request check-in and check-out details, and the initial entry code provided did not work upon arrival. Once I reached out to the host, it was resolved. Overall a nice stay.

Yes, Victoria was very helpful. The condo was so nice and the view was amazing. I wouldn’t loved to have been directly on the waterfront but it was still very nice. Normally I don’t sleep very well when I’m away from home but, oh my goodness that bed was amazing I felt like I was sleeping on the clouds. It was very quiet, so our time there was all that we had hoped for and more. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodation

Anniversary Weekend Getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and view. The condo was just as listed. The large windows added to the view of Lake Hamilton and to the comfort and coziness of our stay. Our host Victoria was awesome. We look forward to our next stay there.

Very clean unit---Great Location !!!!

Beautiful condo, easily one of my favorite condo's i have ever stayed in. My wife and i stayed 2 nights here with our friends. We were all impressed. Clean and spacious with beautiful views of the lake.

The place was immaculate. The view was everything. We will definitely be booking again.

Very nice, clean and convenient

Everything was as described and better. Only trouble we had was that we were told we could park our motorcycle trailer in the parking lot. Not true - Condo rules do not allow more than 24 hours for any trailer. Will need to store the trailer off site next time.

We loved this condo. It was so clean, so pretty, and big enough for everyone. This condo has everything you need in it. I would book here again. The location is close enough to downtown.

Nice condo just south of town. Clean and well appointed. It's in the middle of the complex and we could hear the people above us. It's also close to HWY 7 and we could hear some traffic. It was also expensive, as they charged us for the condo plus a cleaning fee and pet fee.

We had a wonderful time with our two adult grandchildren. The property was as beautiful as advertised. Good view of the lake and the property was very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and we had no problems during our stay. Thank you Victoria.

This was a last minute trip for my son and I, we lived in Hot Springs up until 3 years ago so we are very familiar with all areas the town. This is a great area and very convenient to downtown. This condo was so comfortable and the views were really nice.

We love the location of this property with beautiful views.

My husband and I were both very pleased with the size of the condo. The kitchen is pretty small, but other than that, it is a very roomy place. The views of Lake Hamilton are fabulous! Having an elevator to go to the 2nd floor was extremely helpful - especially when taking luggage and groceries in. There were only two things we really didn't care for - the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom looked dirty to us. Not so much the surface, but the jets. Also, the shower heads in both bathrooms are extremely low. I'm 5'7 and they were both right at my forehead height. Other than that, we were very pleased with the property!

We rented the condo for a short stay in Hot Springs for myself, my husband and our 27 year old son. The condo was very roomy, was furnished with everything a family could want or need. The. bedrooms quite large- MBR had a chair and table to sit in and read, lots of open space, double sinks on the bathroom, and a giant closet. Guest room was equally comfortable. There were 2 balconies. an electric fireplace which heated the LR well. Overall , this was next to the best condo I’ve ever rented. The best was on a golf course by the ocean…. kinda hard to beat!! We look forward to returning.

This kind of minium is very clean and easy to get to. I am a handicapped person, so the elevator is a plus. What will really keep it a Five star rating is that I left my iPad, cane and earphones at the property. I am hoping that they will be returned to me after I asked the property manager to Federal Express them to me at my cost. Next year, if I come back to Hot Springs, I will definitely try and book the same condominium!

Prime location. Comfortable accommodation with nice decor. Beautiful views of the sunset.
