The amenities in the building were great. The elevator situation in the building was absolutely terrible. We spent entirely too much time trying to get to and from the condo because of the elevators. There are too many people in the building and nowhere near enough elevators to effectively accommodate.

Condo was even better than the pictures! Very clean and perfect location.

What is pictured in the listing is exactly what you get. The place was perfect for our family of 4 travelers. Loved that the 2nd bedroom had 2 separate beds.This is the first condo I've stayed in that included beach service. We really appreciated the 2 chairs that we were able to use plus there were 2 additional chairs in the utility closet.Communication was clear leading up to our visit and check in was very smooth. If I get to plan another PCB Vacation, I will stay here again.

Room was not clean. Spills on floor & coffee table not cleaned. Floors were sandy when I entered. Terrible (flat) bed pillows. Stain on bedspread. No lock on sliding glass door. No deadbolt or safety lock on door. Contract said beach chairs & umbrella provide through entire stay; they were only provided first 2 of 8 days because condo management contract with them ended on 10/20 (not 10/31 as rental contract indicated). Speed could not be changed on ceiling fan (chain broken). Nice unit but no attention to maintenance and cleaning.

The condo was beautiful, the largest we have stayed in!! We really loved it! It was comfortable and clean. The views were excellent and the building was well maintained. We loved the friendliness of the girls at the check in station. The room for the laundry was wonderful and the refrigerator ice maker was awesome. We loved the combo coffee maker as well since we like brewed coffee and my mom uses the Keurig. Our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.. if we had to make any suggestions we might mention that we are wine drinkers and could have used wine glasses (no doubt they have been broken by guests) and we also love to cook, so some pot holders and at least one more dish towel and dish cloth would be helpful so we could rotate them. But those are mainly personal preferences… We would absolutely return if it was not for the crowded beach!! For families with kids it is more ideal maybe, but we prefer fewer people. Also, the beach service was the least concerned with/interested in the guests than any other service we have ever come across. A couple of days they didn’t even put up umbrellas, claiming it was too windy when you could see down the beach others were using umbrellas without trouble. They also completely managed the beach space, monopolizing the area and asking people to move if their umbrellas were three feet too far back. Maybe it is just that we have never been at such a crowded spot! If you know what to expect it is fine!

It had everything we needed to cook and stay in to eat.....great appliances, washer and dryer. The only suggestion would be to get stouter chairs for the balcony. Hubs is a medium big guy and the plastic Adirondack chairs were a bit flimsy for him to sit in, anyone bigger would break them. Elevators were never a problem, never more than a one-minute wait. Perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the resort waited in line for an hour and a half to check in went to dinner before going to our unit. Came back after dinner and waited and waited and waited some more for the elevators! Next day waited for elevators to go back downstairs unfortunately it rained so we went back upstairs and decided to go eat, and waited for the elevator and waited! Returned to the resort after going to dinner and the grocery store and return to no elevators working had to go up 19 flights of stairs with groceries being milk and heavy stuff Cokes and my husband and I both have heart conditions so this was not fun at all. Took us about 45 minutes to get up to our room all the stops we had to make then it was 3 AM to when the power came back on and the air conditioner did not come on till later the next day, the rest of the week except for the elevator issues and some chair issues that you can’t get front row chairs unless you pay extra for them, was good. Maybe they will get all the elevators working by the time someone else decides to go down there, but this is our first and last I believe.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit…it was our second year. It’s very spacious and close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed right on spot. ( basic things ) It was just as pictured. We will definitely stay here again.

What an awesome time we had at your condo!! From a smooth reservation and check in process to an easy check out process. The condo was as described in the listing and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all we needed for our stay (we did not do any major cooking) Thanks for sharing you little piece of happiness with us.
