Absolutely perfect place for our family “girls trip”! Ages from 14 to 92 enjoyed staying in this beautifully kept condo. The showers had great pressure, water hot, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the beach and pool and the Omni property is beautifully landscaped. Do note there is a small flight of stairs outside the elevator on each floor.

Everything was advertised and even better! Undeniably incredible views of the beach and ocean. Even from the kitchen window. If you have to do dishes on vacation what a plus to be able to see the ocean!

Very clean home with well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and nets for the kids to catch crabs..roomy and comfortable beds for a great night sleep after a fun day at the beautiful on-site pool and beach!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It met our requirements of being on one level (as a family member had difficulty with stairs) 3 baths, 3 bedrooms and enough beds for our family. The only down side was the few steps from the elevator to the floor where the door of our condo was located. Elevator was a little rickety but worked. Wonderful view from the balcony. Spacious condo with a kitchen that was big enough for several people at one time and a dining table for 6. Decor throughout very nice. New Washer/dryer a big plus. We love the area and try to stay here every summer. Parking was a challenge when we first arrived on Saturday, but improved on Sunday. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect stay for our group of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler.) The pool and beach were so convenient and the place was very quiet. Great restaurants close by but we also ate in many of our meals thanks to the well stocked kitchen. The three separate bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space of their own.

Our recent stay at this beachfront condo exceeded all expectations. The spaciousness unit was perfect for our family of five to spread out and relax without feeling cramped.The highlight of this property has to be the incredible dual balconies with their breathtaking views. We enjoyed peaceful mornings watching the sun rise over the ocean from one balcony, and then capped off our days with spectacular sunset views from the other balcony.The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing family meals, and the location provided easy beach access without the crowds.If you're looking for a spacious, ideally situated condo that offers both sunrise and sunset views, this place is truly a hidden gem. Our family is already planning our return visit!

Great location and perfect size and layout for our family including 2 young grandchildren. Beautiful views! Great price!Sheets in king bed were not clean, and the kitchen cabinets and cookware were grimy.

Clean, great views, accurate pictures, great communication from manager. Quiet property. Very family friendly. Everthing worked. Would go back again! One note - not an easy stay if you have a wheelchair, though we knew what we were getting and have no complaints. You will be happy if you book this property.

I loved this vacation rental, honestly one of my favorites of all time. It feels lived in, so the kids immediately felt comfortable. The pool was great, beach was great, having grills outside was nice. I can’t say enough good things! Me and the fam hope to be back!

Ample room for our entire group. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for entire family to get ready for adventures. Breathtaking views with easy access to beach and poolside activities. Clean and well maintained. Just bring your swimsuits and water gear and relax in the sun. Would definately recommend

It was a wonderful stay at the Shipwatch condo. Great area right on the beach with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach and the pool. Charcoal grills in the condo complex. Great for a family beach getaway.

Amelia Island is beautiful. This Vrbo is part of the Omni Resort Villas. As described on the upper level with elevator access the view when our family walked in is breathtaking! Each of the 6 of us had plenty of room. Our host provided numerous games and books for evening. There was nothing lacking in the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the 3rd was across the hall. Great location to get to Top Golf on outskirts of JAX. The ocean at the Villa provided lovely walks and we could come back to cool off and rest at or in the pool. With all we did during the long daylight hours, dinners were late but no one complained. A private boat tour with Capt. Glenn was super informative and easy to find on Amelia Island. We recommend visiting the Historic District, too. None of us could’ve asked for a better host or vacation spot. It’s also only 45 min. from JAX airport.

Good place for family gatherings. Would not work well for handicapped because elevator does not go to condo entrance. You have to walk up or down to your condo no matter where you stay.l That is the only negatie. Everything else is positive.
