Breathtaking Beachfront Condo with Golf Cart! 4306BS2

If you want low hot water and a broke golf cart, then this is your condo.The first day we tried to use the golf cart it died in the tunnel and left us stranded. Maintenance assured us that he would make sure the cart was charged and ready for us to use the next day. We didn't even make it out of the parking spot before it died. The hot water ran out before we could finish showering. The guest bed was terrible and felt like you were on a water bed. The shower in the main bedroom was very poorly designed. The drain was not flush with the tile and felt rough and there was not a grab bar in the shower to keep you from slipping getting out. The rental agency was vey quick at responding to questions and were very nice. Would not recommend 4306 BS2.

This was our second stay here. Great location, clean, all was as advertised. The golf cart is a must. The management is great.

Ours kids still endlessly enjoyed playing in the sand and the heated pool and spa. We also appreciated the convenience of having a golf cart to zip around the local areas. Back at the condo, we enjoyed the fast internet and assortment of board games provided. The washer/dryer in the unit and open kitchen allowed us to feel at home and the decor felt bright and cheery. The atmosphere was quiet and the other families were friendly. It was easy to jump onto the main roads and visit sights around the area as well. All in all, this was a wonderful location and we are already dreaming of our next visit. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo and having a golf cart to ride around Sandestin was wonderful. My only complaint is the washer started leaking the first day there and it took 4 days to get a solution which wasn’t much of a solution for us. They offered us another room 4 floors up, well with two children we couldn’t go back and forth to do laundry so we ended up dealing with it.. We also noticed the condo wasn’t the cleanest, dried sauce on the counter(we didn’t eat in at all so it wasn’t from us) the shower was dirty, there was a screw driver in the second bathroom tub/shower, and under the master bed was filthy. Outside of those issues we throughly enjoyed our stay. We weren’t huge fans of the pool at Beach 2, so we drove to the aquatic center pool which was great for our young kids!

Condo was very nice and clean. We had a couple minor issues but Maintenance was very quick in responding and taking care of issue. Golf cart was great to have, we rented a car and we didn’t even need to. Golf cart got us to grocery store and little shops in Sand Destin. Definitely recommend this place .
