Breathtaking Beach Front Property Ground Floor Condo

Overall good property. Needs a gym and hot tub and a volleyball net out on the sand would be fun. Very friendly staff, good pool, great beach.

I really liked this property. Had all the things we needed. Towels, coolers, kitchen items, everything. Short walk to the most glorious beach. Property is well taken care of and quiet. I loved it and will be back next year for sure ! Thank you so much for letting us stay.

email stated office was open till 4 we got there at 3 and office was closed, finding the correct building was confusing. Condo was fine but, not as pictured. The VROB site doens't state that it is at Sand Cay complex so when you get there you hope you're at the right place.

Room met our needs. Room overlooked pool.Had laundry within room. Beach was steps away.

The location os great and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. We had some issues like the dishwasher wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed before we left. The management office staff was helpful. We played tennis and went to the beach. Great restaurants in the area. Beautiful beach and sunset!

We had a lovely stay at the Sand Cay. The beach access is great, the salt water pool was amazing, the grounds are very well kept! The location is close to shopping and dining. However, the room could have been cleaner. We had roaches and tiny bugs in the kitchen. The ceiling fans in each room were very dusty. The furniture was EXTREMELY uncomfortable!!

Property is well kept and clean. Great location on the beach and plenty of beach chairs available. We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with the dishwasher and they sent someone out to fix it right away. Furniture in the unit was a bit worn out, but overall had everything we needed for a short stay. We will be back!

Excellent location. Pool wasn’t very clean. Friendly staff. Some deferred maintenance in the unit. Leaking hall bath sink. Our master toilet was broken and although we notified the front desk it was never repaired while we were there the week. Fully equipped with all you need to cook and plenty to take to the pool and beach.

This property was perfect for our sister trip! Location, property condition and communication was excellent!

We stayed in June and had a great short visit. Late night check in was easy. The beds were really comfortable. Room temps comfortable in all the rooms. The kitchen has a ton of appliances and things to cook. There were ample towels for beach and baths. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has a lot of beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, boogie board, some kids life vests, etc. There are 2 umbrellas. One is meant for the beach and one the patio but if you ask the front desk they have an adapter so you can use the patio one at the beach too. There are a ton of free chairs to use at the beach which was awesome. Beach is clean and beautiful. We did not use the courts or pool, but they looked nice as well. Can't think of anything negative to say. As a suggestion, it would be awesome to have some folded luggage racks in the closets to avoid having all the suitcases on the floors in the rooms. But, that would just be a bonus. Communication was great and I sent a lot of questions. We were in town for a family wedding at another venue and had a great visit. Thanks!

Sand Cay is delightful! Been staying there for years. Our room was exactly as described. Clean comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to pool beach parking etc. loved it!

Property was as advertised. Great condo location with patio right next to pool and beach a short walk.The area is well maintained. Matthew was easy to work with.

We tried out longboat for the first time and this place is amazing for family’s. Toys and pool floats for everyone to use. Our place had everything we needed. Perfect location right next to the pool and my kids loved going out in the morning and walking in the grass. Will be back!

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well kept. Bonus to have lounge chairs at the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4.

The property was beautiful. Our condo was right by the pool, which was super convenient, especially with an 11 month old, and it was still very quiet. You’re steps away from the beautiful beach, and the fact that they provide chairs and umbrellas was amazing! We had such a great time.

It's a great location and very clean. It's surprisingly quiet being so close to the pool. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed first thing the next morning. We'll be coming back next year.

My family and I stayed here in February 2025. This is a fantastic unit! First of all not only is the unit very clean, the entire property is very clean. The heated salt water pool is 5 steps from the patio and the ocean/beach is about 100 steps away. The unit is furnished very nicely including all kitchen stuff. Having a washer/dryer is a huge perk especially with kids. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely come back in the future. The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. Can’t say enough good things about this listing.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend visiting my aunt on Longboat Key. The place was as expected, clean, kitchen supplied with necessary items, a deck just off the pool. Great staff with easy check in and out. I will stay here again

Upscale, very well kept condo with all the necessary items for a pleasant vacation. Quality towels and linen. Very clean and tastefully decorated. No clutter. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved having an assigned parking spot. It was great having the beach chairs already in the beach and umbrellas and coolers in our condo. Being in the first floor was great with the exception of hearing people running around in the unit above us. Even so, we would stay there again!

A comfortable stay in a lovely area. Beautiful beach and good locality to other areas (St Armands and Siesta Key). Check in was good with friendly staff. Accommodation was nice, although while the complex is located on the beach front, the accommodation itself is set a little way back. We assumed we would open doors onto the beach. Enjoyable stay though.

We give this unit a B-. My family of 5, 3 girls ages 7,9,&13 had a great time at this resort .The unit fell short of our expectations it needs some maintenance.We could not use the sofa bed it was soiled.Bedding in. master was also stained.Had to purchase inflatable mattress.Dryer in unit was broken which was selling point for us to book with 3 kids. Unit was well stocked with everything you need to cook quick meals &for the beach included towels and beach toys coolers etc. Quiet beach no huge gatherings or loud music or smoking. Publix&CVS very close by and ice cream shops. Office staff very friendly.Will look into renting other units at Sand Cay for next year.
