Breathtaking 2/2 Ocean View Fully Remodeled Condo!

Great location, the apartment is in great condition and the owner was easy to communicate to and accommodating. Would definitely book this place again.

So everything was very nice in general. Communication was excellent. Didn't expect a $500 damage deposit, nor a $120 cleaning fee (especially since we were staying 3 days only). Significant wear on several doors, some cabinets in kitchen and furniture wear in bedrooms was apparent (dresser droor in master kept separating, some doors were difficult to close all the way). Loose sink fixtures in bathroom. Once you get past all that, it was a nice stay. I would rent there again, but the cleaning fee adds significant cost to a short stay. Pool and beach access were awesome. Valet parking in and out privileges for $10/day was awesome.

The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. We had 3 adults and a 20 months old little girl. Plenty of toys and books for the little one. We missed out on the use of the balcony due to the ongoing construction but we knew about it in advance. Once it’s finished tenants will really appreciate the view of the beach. We did enjoy the beach and pool daily. Gym has all you need for a good workout. Area is very easy to navigate and only 25 from FLL airport. Overall a good place for the money. I would rebook it.

The condo was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and numerous beach towels. Host was very transparent about the ongoing construction. Great communication as well as quick to respond to my questions. Would stay again if in the area.

The host was very responsive! The pool was perfect for my 8 and 3 year old! The beach being only a few short steps away was awesome, plus the beach gear was so nice to have!

Great stay right on the beach. It was so nice having beach chairs, beach toys and coolers available for our stay. Beds were very comfortable and condo was clean. Would stay here again!

The pool was small but nice, not too crowded. Very easy access to the beach. Due to construction we were not able to use the balcony but we were informed of this with ample notice. Very friendly and responsive host.

The condo was very clean and the host had great communication. We enjoyed the beach and used the chairs that the host provided although you can’t use the umbrellas on the beach. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Some snacks were provided, popcorn would have been a great addition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Lovely pool and beach area. There is no beach service on the beach but there are chairs in the room to take down. The pool was warm and very clean. Beautiful views from the room. Valet service was nice to have and they were very quick. Just over two miles from Margaritaville where you can park and enjoy the shops and restaurants and free concerts. You can also get day passes to Margaritaville I think for 75/person if you wanted. One day we drove to the Miami Zoo and stopped at the famous Haulover Inlet. We also enjoyed the huge Aventure Mall. The host was always quick to respond.

Location is good however many safety hazard repairs/replacement have not been made even though they have been present for some time.

The condo was really nice. Best part was the easy access to the beach. Yogesh did a great job with timely responses to questions. It was a great trip.

We really enjoyed our time while staying here. Condo was nice with great views! Owner was quick with responding with questions and concerns I had. Some construction was going on around pool area, but it didn’t bother us at all. Was easy to go around and had no issues. Walking distance to beach was perfect, location was great, only a few mins from Hollywood boardwalk area. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

My whole family had a great time at Yogesh condo. The place has everything you need to have a resort-style time: two minutes from the beach, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, concierge service, etc. Especially loved the availability of beach accessories (chairs, ambers, etc). Yogesh was very responsive to every question we had and we hope to stay there in future.

Yogesh was always responded promptly and was very helpful w/any questions or suggestions for the area. All staff @ Sian were also kind, helpful, & friendly. It was an amazing gesture to leave snacks, wine, & cold beverages. After a long journey, it was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the gym wasn’t available while we were there, but the extra thoughtful amenities within the apartment made up for it. Beautiful and quiet area, also very clean. Definitely recommend.

The check-in process was incredibly quick and easy, and the condo was exactly as it was described and appeared in pictures. It was really nice that the door to our condo was equipped with a key pad lock and they had coded it with the last 4 digits of my cell phone number, so we could easily remember it and also be assured that it had been changed since the last guests. There were 6 cold bottles of water and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting on us when we got up to our condo. I messaged the host with a few questions during our stay, and he responded helpfully within minutes. I was impressed with how well the condo was stocked. Usually you are given a couple of garbage bags, a couple of dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towels, etc., but in this case there was more than enough for our entire stay. There were 3 nice beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, and a rolling cart to carry everything down to the beach. There were several coolers and frozen ice packs as well.We didn’t have young children with us, but was a high chair, playpen, and a ton of toys neatly tucked away in the closet. They thought of everything. 10 out of 10, would stay again.

Very nice condo with excellent communications at all times. The large fold out crib was wonderful, and all the wonderful toys and books for our toddler. I did want to mention they did not want you to shut the bath room window which made the condo in the morning a little chilly.

I spent two and a half months there. Everything was perfect. Yogesh is very attentive and takes great care of his condo. The check in/out process was simple, the building is very clean, great location. Nothing to complain about. I'll definitely stay there again.

Really convenient location to the beach and other amenities. Great for visiting Hard Rock stadium for events.

Our stay at this establishment was truly enjoyable. The condominium was meticulously cleaned and adhered to all advertised standards. We particularly appreciated the convenient valet parking service, which enabled us to drive directly to our condominium, just minutes from the beach. We highly recommend this establishment.

My sister and I were looking for a place near the ocean for a quick getaway. We were not disappointed! The condo was well appointed and very clean! The view was fantastic of both the ocean and city side from the balcony. The pool was great and the beach was just a few short steps away. The check in and out process was simple and our host, Yogesh, was always responsive with any questions we had! Overall, the experience was an excellent one and would stay again!

So many good things to say... It was just me and my elderly mother. Firstly, communication is very important to me. Since the arrival date of our scheduled trip was occurring during hurricane Milton's arrival, which covered most of FL, I was very worried about going. The host Yogesh answered all emails quickly and thoroughly and was also able to reassure me and put me at ease about the hurricanes direction. Check in was easy and I appreciated the hosts's attention to detail and well-written directions. The unit was extremely clean ... Much more so than most rentals I've had through these sites. Considering this was a beachfront rental, I was amazed that there wasn't a single speck of sand on the floors. I HATE that with beachfront properties. The cleaning lady asked me in the hallway if everything was ok, which was nice. Host also followed up. This condo was very well appointed. We cooked all week and had everything we needed. I appreciated the complimentary snacks, waters and even a bottle of wine upon arrival. We were too tired to hit the grocery immediately. Plenty of towels, extra sheets/blankets, as well as beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, and most importantly a nice beach wagon to haul it in. There were complimentary toiletries and even large bottles of lotions. The balcony view was a mix between ocean view and then city/intercoastal waterway view on the other side.
