Stayed Sep 21, 2025Very large condo gave us plenty of room. Close walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day at the beach. Brass Rail is always our first choice of places to stay at Tybee.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025The condo unit itself was nice but the parking garage was a huge issue as it flooded. Unfortunately, the only access to the condo is via the parking garage. This is a MAJOR concern when you have events that require nice clothing, smaller children, elderly people, transporting anything to and from your vehicle. The lack of proper water drainage in the parking garage affected our vacation stay tremendously. I tried to address the situation with the management company, Southern Belle, but they stated that I needed to address my concerns with the HOA. I as the tenant should NOT have to contact the HOA. This is an issue that either the property manager or owner of the property should resolve. Absolutely absurd to pass the buck onto the tenant. I offered to send video and photos to the but property management team but they declined. I also forgot to mention that the elevator was flooded as well.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Overall, we were pleased with our condo stay. The listing was accurate and the realty company was very easy to work with and get ahold of. The only drawback was that the boardwalk area and parking lot near the beach seemed a little run down and could have definitely been cleaner.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We can't wait to come back next year! The unit was absolutely fabulous. Bright, clean, all the amenities and supplies were provided. It was about 5 minute walk to the beach so definitely bring a wagon for your beach needs. All of the entries use a different number code (parking, pedestrian gate, and unit) so make sure you have all of those from your welcome email. We were missing the unit/room code on our email. Thankfully, the unit managers were quick to respond to my text and crisis averted. Many restaurants are within walking distance or less than a 5 minute drive. And, Savannah is super close if you need to find a Walmart or major grocery store. We toured the lighthouse, experienced a sunset dolphin tour, and became shark teeth hunters. Looking forward to next year!
