    Overall, the property is nice and is in an amazing location. 4 adults and a child fit comfortably. Could have been a little cleaner, and the parking garage flooded, making access to our vehicle a little difficult. I would recommend tho!

    Location was nice. Condo was dirty and not cleaned from previous guests when we checked in. Contacted the proper people to address this issue. They were extremely rude but the maid did eventually show up. This issue cut into a couple hours of our vacation, which was a bummer. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

    The condo was exactly as described and adorably appointed! Very close to the beach and food that you don’t need to pay to park. Rental company was easy to reach and communicable.

    This place was clean and adorably decorated. The layout of the condo was amazing for our family to stay at. It was well stocked with essentials too. We really loved the condo we chose and would choose to stay here again. The only thing we wish that was different were the pools. We have young children that absolutely love to swim, we understand that the time of year we chose to visit is hit or miss with the weather but I think the association as a whole would truly benefit if they pools were heated. The Brass Rails Villas could use some updating (especially since one of the 2 gates wouldn't work and we could never get the other gate close to the beach to open.) Overall though we did enjoy our experience and first time to Tybee Island.
