Welcome to Brass Rail 303, where beach bliss awaits you! This coastal condo boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 luxurious bathrooms, providing ample space for your vacation crew. Enjoy private balcony access with a partial view of the ocean, the perfect place to enjoy gorgeous sunset views. Take a short stroll to the beach and soak up the sun, sand, and saltwater to your heart's content! Located on Tybee's vibrant South end, this condo also offers easy access to the island's best shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and balcony access with partial ocean views. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and includes everything you need to take on your favorite meals while away from home. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and balcony access with partial ocean views. The ensuite bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a full-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry.


Please note: Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.

The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

    Very clean and perfect location. The home was beautiful. We could see and hear the ocean. It was so close to everything snd the pier...only steps away. The noise was nonexistant! So peaceful! Couple of things to note however: The elevator was broken and seemed to have beek broken since May. We didnt mind taking the stairs though. Also the pool hours say 10pm on the vrbo check in email, 8pm on a sign on the pool door, and 9pm according to the man who locks the gate at night. Then the veach access gate code was changed and the rental companybsent us a code that didnt work...alot of people actually were having the sane problem. I called but no one ever got back to me. Another guest finally gave us the code. But all in all these were tiny things and the place, location, and overall stay was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

    This unit is a perfect location for access to beach and pool. Restaurants were just around the corner. No driving needed. Only negative is that elevator was out and has been for months. We did not mind walking three flights but thats not for everyone. Huge condo. Comfy beds. Great accommodations.
