Brass Rail 206 is located on the second floor and features a private balcony with a side view of the ocean which is a short stroll, about 50 yards away. The three-bedroom 2 1/2 bath condominium is bright and open with sliding doors that lead from the living area to the private balcony outside with a partial Ocean View. This beautiful vacation home has been professionally decorated and transformed into a beautiful sanctuary for your next vacation. The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 2 barstools. The kitchen is nicely updated and is fully equipped and ready to take on your favorite meals while away from home. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and has french doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room is furnished with a King-Size bed and a TV, and the second has two Queen beds. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. Guests will enjoy the ability to stream their favorite programming from Smart TVs in the Living Room, and Guest bedrooms 1 and 2. Brass Rail Condos is a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 206 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area. Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry. NOTE: At this time, elevators are currently not accessible due to construction.

    Our host went above and beyond for us.. the condo we were suppose to stay in #206 the elevator was out, I am handicapped and need the elevator I cannot do stairs, they we so kind as to get us another Condo #315 where the elevator was working... they were so kind checking on us and making sure that everything for our stay was up to par for us.

    Sometimes you look at photos and reviews and you think it’s too good to be true but this one lived up and exceeded all our expectations. This condo is in the perfect location, a short walking distance from everything but quiet. We loved the layout of this condo. It had everything we needed, space for all 3 of our kids and all the amenities. It was clean and I loved that everything was labeled so you knew which light switches to turn on. The complex was nice, with a pool and hot tub. Which was helpful when it was too chilly for the beach. The complex despite a lot of families was nice and quiet. We barely heard our neighbors upstairs. We will absolutely rent this unit again.

    This property is exactly as described, except to me, the beach was even closer than stated! Only difference in the actual condo and the pictures, is the bedding has been changed in the room with the 2 beds. We are always so worried about the cleanliness of places we book, however our worries were totally taken away when we walked in this beautiful condo. It was very well cleaned, well lit, had everything we needed. The beach access is super close, and easy to get to. We didn't utilize the pool or the hot tub, but many people seemed to be enjoying themselves at them. I hope to get this condo every time we visit. We were able to walk just across the street for some shopping and literally just next door for a delicious breakfast (The Breakfast Club). So very happy with everything this property had to offer

    Excellent location and amenities. Condo is extremely well equipped with pretty much anything you need. However, Beach enthusiasts need to bring their own chairs, towels, etc. Close enough to Savannah to combine a beach vacation with a historic city experience. Overall wonderful place.
