Large sliding doors fill the space with natural light and lead to a covered balcony perched above the trees, creating the perfect spot for al fresco meals, sunset drinks, or quiet mornings with coffee in hand. This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-queen size bunkbed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located above the front door and monitoring the exterior front entryway.

• This home is a second-floor, walk-in unit.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• High chair and portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.



This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
