Brand New Remodel 2025! In the heart of Gulf Shores. Quiet & Clean!

Super cute place that is perfect for the family! Loved that it’s on the beach and has a gorgeous view! It has everything you need while away from home. Communication with the owner was great as well.

Liked the location. Walkable to many restaurants. We also liked having two bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. The best part was being on the gulf. Just walk out the door and you are enjoying the beach!!

Beautiful condo and so convenient on the first floor! Easy walk to the beach or pool! Comfy beds, nice water pressure in the shower, all the kitchen cooking things needed to eat in a few nights! Overall wonderful place!!

The new renovations really made this so much better to stay in! We liked the upgrades and enjoyed the ease of this condo. Too bad weather wasn't cooperating as much as we liked. Also, remember to double check to make sure your parking pass is visible in your vehicle. Really enjoy staying and working with this host!

Loved our stay here. It was so convenient being on the ground floor just steps from the beach. The beds were comfortable and Jason was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Very accurate description and right on the beach. Had an issue with the fan/light and they got back to us quickly and fixed it. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. Very nice accommodations and staff was constantly cleaning around the building to keep the sand back on the beach

Our unit was in the perfect location. The newly decorated condo was great. I will definitely book the same unit on my next visit to Gulf Shores.

Very quick access to the beach

Being on the first floor ocean view was obstructed. In kitchen only 3 spoons. Definitely needs more spoons Otherwise very nice placeHave to make sure door latches sometimes doesn’t close all the way

The condo was amazing! It had absolutely everything you could think of and then some! The view and access to the beach were perfect. The owner communicated with us throughout the whole process and made it a friendly stay, not just a business transaction. The beach staff were welcoming and friendly as well. This was by far my favorite place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Very nice stay. Love the location you’re literally steps from the beach. In my opinion the best condo in the place.

It was a great condo complex. Security guards were friendly and helpful to suggestions for the area. The only downside the pool wasn’t heated but on a warm sunny day refreshing.

This property checked all of the boxes for our first trip to Gulf Shores! We couldn't have gotten any closer to the beautiful white sand! This newly remodeled unit was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to messages.

The room was great! Only thing was a dirty washcloth was left in bathroom and there was construction right outside our balcony which impacted our view and experience.Overall would definitely return again! Thank you!Amy Plunkett

Everything was great, the location has been upgrading the beach access and they keep everything clean in the common areas. Beautiful views from the unit.

Everything was clean, nice and cozy. It was such a relaxing week on the beach.

My only concern was the large crackunder the front door. You could here the wind blowing thru the crack all night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Loved the first floor location. Would rent again.

Very clean and well maintained

Check in was super easy and the condo was wonderful! It was very clean and so cute. The pictures are spot on. It fit our family with 3 littles great! We loved it was on the bottom floor so no hiking stairs. Jason did a fantastic job getting us the check in and check out info. We would recommend his property!

Wonderful clean place. Just like the pictures. The Master bed was a dream. The Host was amazing and answered all my questions timely. The only “complaint” I have is the pool being old and dated and in the parking lot.

Everything was perfect!

This is a great condo. Great appliances and best pots and pans I have ever used at condo. The complex has a bin with toys and things available for the kids to use! 5-10 min drive to most all restaurants.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we had a great time!This unit location is amazing!! The interior design is cute and trendy- I also thought the Island Shores Borrow Box was a nice touch for sharing bulky beach items! We will stay here again, likely next year!!

Highlights: unit is clean and well decorated, comfortable beds, good location with plenty of restaurants convenient stores, shops, etc…easy access to the beach. Great beach chair service. Feedback: dining room and master bathroom lights were very dim. We felt like we always had to turn on all the lights in the kitchen to sit at the dining table. There are no towel bars or hooks in any of the bathrooms. You had to hang your towels over chairs to dry or hang them on a hanger in the closet.The blinds in the master bedroom are too narrow for the window. You can peep inside from the outside and at night, the street light shined through the sides of the window due to narrowness of the blinds.

We enjoyed staying at this property! It is very convenient to the beach; really just steps away! The space is very well appointed and decorated. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place for the family Nice and clean and easy beach access

This condo was exactly as described and perfect for my little family of 4! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and I loved having two full bathrooms. Would book again in a heartbeat. Loved being on the first floor and so close to the water.

Each year three sisters choose a location that we have never been to and spend a week vacationing together. This year we chose Gulf Shores. What a great choice this turned out to be. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pans, bowls and equipment to make cooking a breeze. We all love to cook so this was a huge bonus. The condo was steps from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The check-in/out process was very easy. Jason was very communicative and responded quickly to questions. Thank you Jason for your hospitality!

The unit was clean and comfy! Its location on the 1st floor right by the beach access was so easy and convenient. We were steps from the beach. I think my husband and I could agree on only one complaint. In the rules, it says quiet time from 10-8. Every single morning around 6am a man with a blower woke us up cleaning the 1st floor area and it lasted quite awhile.Now I do appreciate the attention to the property but this could have waited until say 8am.Great, relaxing experience nonetheless.

Very responsive owner. Great location with easy walk into the center of it all. Quiet complex. Although the dunes block the view, being on ground floor is nice. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay there again for sure.
