Stayed Jun 5, 2023This place was literally the best place I have staying in PV, and maybe anywhere. I hesitate to tell you about this because I'm afraid it'll be booked next year. But really, it's beautiful inside the condo, and the whole building. It's mostly quiet with some small exceptions. The balcony is great to have morning tea. The location is like 1 minute from the beach and right in the heart of where you want to be to walk everywhere.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We’d stayed at this property a year ago for our 40th anniversary. No doubt, it was our first choice for a return visit. The condo itself is very well maintained, good security/easy checkin. The manager met us upon arrival, we unpacked and headed out! The location is most excellent. The perfect place to be for good food, great small bars, and nice view of beach and the city. Private pool (12 units) on roof and, up one stairway from this top unit. Very nice all around!

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We couldn’t have hoped for a better located rental! This property was an easy walk to anything and everything we wanted. The unit was clean and comfortable and the owner was very communicative prior to our arrival. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Apr 3, 2024Second time in this 12 unit complex. Great location for walking anywhere and enjoying the many wonderful restaurants and bars. Always meet new friends and see many old friends from prior visits. This is a very clean, very safe place and lots of special touches.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024Wow great location. Great coffee right next door. Great restaurants all within walking distance. Grocery store a block and a half away. Condo is nicely appointed and kitchen well stocked. Beds super comfy. Jesus was very responsive and timely. Beautiful place. Smallish rooftop plunge pool. Which was fine never crowded. 5 stars

Stayed Jan 19, 2024Location was perfect and accessible to everything we wanted to do. In the morning there was a wonderful instrument playing outside. I’m not sure what kind of instrument but I looked forward to hearing it every morning and hearing the birds chirping along.

Stayed Jan 15, 2024This was a great place to base. Less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. A grocery store within a few blocks. A pharmacy right next door. We got massages a block away. Great view from the condo. Jesus was a good communicator.
