Brand New Luxury 2 Bed 2 Bath w/free parking

Lockbox and no contact with host is my preference and that was not the case. This is not a luxury home. The beds are very low to the ground and uncomfortable. The towels are thin and old. The kitchen has very few plates, bowls, or pans. Had to ask for TP. No dishwasher soap. Rugs were very stained.

Ben (the host) was very accommodating and informative of New Jersey City and New York…. He gave us lots of good suggestions for food and entertainment… The apartment was convenient to visiting New York and we will definitely be staying there again if we come back to town…. Very nice spot. Close to the airport (Lyft/Uber form P4 Air rail). Easy access to tramline / lightrail. Best view of Manhattan is for Jersey City. First day we took the ferry to Ellis Island and from there to Manhattan. The apartment itself is complete and comfortable. Benjamin is very kind and easy to contact. Had good tips during our stay. You won’t be sorry.

The accommodation was modern, clean and comfy, ideal for our 10 day stay. Convenient location to public transport (within short walking distance). A great base to explore NY and drive to other cities (dedicated parking spot close by). Last, but not least, Ben was an awesome host, accommodating all of our needs/requests as well as providing helpful tips. We would stay here again if ever back in the NY area. Vielen dank Ben.

Great location for our stay. Very clean, easy to get around, great communication by owner. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Spent 2 nights here for an event at the Meadowlands. 20-25 min drive. Basement apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. We each had our own bed and bathroom. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean. The host did his best to provide a free parking space 1 min away, but it is under a roof and very small. We could not exit an Equinox with the pillar. I would get out prior to pulling in. Any vehicle larger than that will have issues. The host was up front that on street parking was an option but he could not guarantee how close it would be. Very friendly communication.

It was my best friend’s 40th birthday, and she wanted to celebrate in Times Square! After a lot of searching, we found the perfect rental in Jersey City — and we’re so glad we did. Ben was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help us, especially since we’re from the South and had never taken a train before.The unit looked EXACTLY like the photos online — clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple of miles from New York City.Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY! If I could give Ben 10 stars, I would indeed!!!

Love they stylish updated look, very clean kept, property owner easy to reach and more than accommodating. Will be back and would reccomend.
