Stayed Jun 29, 2025The condo is very clean and cozy. It makes great use of the space and all the furniture is very comfortable. A nice view of the West Bay that’s just a block away. Just across the street is a park with pickle ball courts and a dog park. Just a short walk to multiple public beach access points and very nice water front parks. Perfect place for a small family.

Stayed May 30, 2025We were locked out of the unit as the door code only works on the dead bolt and not the door handle. We had to call a locksmith to pick the doorknob. Boat did not inform us at any level that the 2 locks were separate and that the door knob required an actual key that was not supplied or identified. 110 for a locksmith.
