We had a great stay! If we can recommend anything it would be to have a few more towels and coffee available in the room. Otherwise our stay was great. Good weather too!

First of all the gate code was wrong that I was sent. So i had to call him at 10pm for the correct one. Second, me and my two children arrived at the condo at 10pm and the place was disgusting. The cleaning service had obviously not come. Dirty sheets, dirty towels everywhere, gross sink, old food out, and trash bag full sitting in the living room. I called the owner and he had no answer for me other than he couldn't do anything about the cleaning service since i arrived at 10pm. Basically blaming me for arriving so late, even though there is nothing in the contract saying i have to arrive by a certain time. He didn't even to call around to find a hotel for me. So i had to go find a hotel last minute with my two kids at 11pm on spring break! Then he didn't even refund me the amount he should have. I wanted to be reimbursed for the hotel and one night stay at his condo. All he did was reimburse me for the hotel and not even half of one night in the condo! i would never ever stay here again simply bc of him. Left a woman and two kids stranded in Hilton head at 11pm with nowhere to go and didn't even try to help. Horrible.

Wonderful property location. Clean and quiet place. Perfect for 2. Loved it!

Everything was really nice. The only issue was that the air conditioner did not cool the bedroom since it was on the other side of the condo.

The rental was as described. Very clean, updated, and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor and super quiet. Access to the beach was the best! Thanks for providing chairs and an umbrella. We wanted to rent bikes but there were storms every day so we didn’t get around to doing that. The biking paths were everywhere and would be so fun.

Property was very modern and clean, and with ocean views. Proximity to beach and to Coligny area is ideal. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway for the Heritage. Clean, easy access to food and transportation. Quick and easy to the beach.

The condo was not as advertised. It certainly wasn't brand new. The towel rod in the bathroom had been broken and was re-attached using black electrical tape. There was mold in the bathroom and on the sliding door. Appliances were old. When we stayed, the highest the temp got was in the mid 80s and the air conditioner couldn't cool the entire condo. The living room, where the AC unit was, colled just fine, but the bedroom stayed stuffy and not comfortable temperature wise. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan, but we still had to go to Walmart and buy a little fan to try to get the air to circulate back to the bedroom. That helped a little, but not much. Location was good as it was on the beach, but for both days there, they were doing work on the pool and the parking lot. So, we couldn't use the pool and both days we had to listed to loud jackhammers and pressure washers. It was ok, but I will not be staying there again.

Very fun beachy vibes! Super close to the beach as well as shopping/dining. Loved the property! Air conditioning was lacking a little at night, as the bedroom is on the other side of the unit. Overall wonderful, had a great trip!

Perfect location for a golf and beach get away! Close to restaurants, nice pool, and fantastic beach. Condo was very comfortable and clean. Will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’d like to recommend is that a different cooling unit be installed. SC heat and humidity is rough and the thermostat can’t be set lower than 68. The bedroom stays warm. Other than that the stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. We had one glitch with the gate but our landlord quickly answered the phone and solved our problem. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable and quiet time. The beach was wonderful and easily accessible. All stores and activities are all within walking distance. Perfect spot
