Decorated nicely, thiscondo has ceramic tile, skylights, and a smooth top

range. There won't be any disagreement on what to watch, with the 6 TV's,

VCR's, and DVD's. You can even bring your laptop and use the wireless

internet. You won't want to go home! And getting to the top floor is quick and

easy with the elevator.



Located approximately 2 miles from the Pier at Garden City, Sam's Corner and

other shops and restaurants at Garden City Beach. It's appox. 1/2 mile to the

Surfside Pier, Scotty's Beach Bar, Neal and Pam's Bar and Grill, Bubba's Fish

Shack, River City Cafe and other shops and restaurants. Don't feel like

sitting in a restaurant.... the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals

at home or Head out back to the ocean side grilling & picnic area with take-

out or for a cookout by the beach
