Location was awesome

The location is awesome!! It is such a quiet and quaint community!! If anything could be added, it would be an ice maker and a full length or larger mirror to accommodate dressing more. Fabulous place!

Very close to the beach and downtown Delray. The location was great. However, we wouldn’t stay there again. The property condition wasn’t up to our standards.

Descent stay with a really good location. The host/property manager was quick to respond with information. Amenities were fine. The room is small…much smaller than a hotel room, so i wouldn’t stay for more than a couple days and no way would i stay with more than just 2 people in the room. The floor was filthy (my feet were black after walking on floor when we first arrived…i should have kept my sandals on to walk inside), but bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. There were beach chairs and a couple beach towels to use which is convenient. Downtown & beach is walkable and parking onsite is also convenient.

The property was convenient to beach and shops. Full kitchen was great. WiFi was extremely slow, couldn’t watch an entire movie without the tv screen shutting down multiple times or freezing.

A nicely kept place in a great part of Delray Beach. Cool restaurants, coffee shops and super close to the beach. Diane was very communicative and helpful.

A block away from the beach, everything you need within walking distance. Quiet area, free parking avaialable. 2 beach chairs and towels available for use.

Adorable unit for 2. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay & the beach. If we had to find something wrong with it, it would be a light right in front of the door, in the courtyard area. Lit up the whole room all night.

Very nice place and a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We plan on staying here again next year.

Great location, clean and convenient

This is an excellent location only one block from the beach and Atlantic Avenue (restaurants, shops). Pool is nice but there are about 5 steps up (no handicap access that I saw). Blackout blinds would be a nice add considering the amount of landscape light that comes in a night.

Was ok. Thought it would have had the kitchen basics in paper products. Paper towels. Plates. Cups. Bathroom toilet has issues. Flushing. Needs new ring on floor. Leaked and smelled of urine. Great location

Perfect location for a beach getaway! One block from downtown and beach. All the needed amenities to enjoy beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys). Small unit, but great for two people. Highly recommended!! We will be back!

Perfect fory work getaway. Great location. Good communication and flexibility. Clear directions re check in/and expectations. Property was nice and quiet. I appreciate the help I received and would absolutely recommend staying here.
