Excellent location - central to everything. Beautiful sand beach with very few people. Kitchen and laundry right in the unit. Paul is super attentive and responds very quickly. Also helpful with recommendations. Condo is updated and has everything you need to feel at home!! Wonderful vacation!!

We stayed at Lindsey’s place in early February. The unit did not disappoint. The quality of the furnishings and kitchen were very high, and consistent with the photos in the listing.It was also a great option for two couples travelling together like we were, because both bedrooms and bathrooms were almost identical.The kitchen in particular is worth highlighting. It is very high quality, and the best-equipped rental kitchen we have ever had. Everything is where you would expect it, and the kind of stuff you’d buy for your own kitchen, not dollar store junk. The knives actually cut straight!Lindsey was very responsive to all questions and issues.Two things to note. The unit is ground floor, which is amazing because you can step out from your lanai directly to the lawn and beach. However, this also means it is at risk of flooding. We hit particularly bad weather, and at one point had to install a “floodgate” on the lanai, fortunately not needed in the end.Also, the beds and pillows, while very high quality, are both extremely soft and puffy. We are used to a firm foam mattress and flat memory foam pillow, and found it very difficult to get comfortable in these beds. Again, not a quality issue, just preference. One suggestion might be, when the time comes to replace the pillows, instead of 4 very puffy ones, get 2 puffy and 2 memory foams for each bed, to provide options.

This property was perfect for our family of three as a hub for exploring Maui! It is beautifully redone and immaculately clean with lots of thoughtful little amenities. We had everything we needed- and then some. Lindsey was very helpful from the start and responded very quickly to questions. I highly recommend this condo!

We love staying in this particular building because you cannot beat the location. There is an amazing farmers market across the street and don’t forget Uluani’s the best shave ice around. This particular unit was top-notch and the best we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and modern and you can walk straight out to the pool.

We loved the unit. Right across from the beach and pool with a shaded lanai. Inside everything was exactly as advertised Two great beds and bathrooms plus the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. And the best shaved ice just across the street

We had a great time and the condo was beautiful. Walk out of our slider and there was the pool, which could use some updating, but literally steps from the beach. It was perfect!

I spent a lot of time researching where to stay in Maui. My family consists of myself, my husband and two college age daughters. The look of this condo along with the location right by the pool and beach was the reason I chose to stay here and I am so happy we did. The condo was lovely. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Sugar Beach is far less crowded than the other beaches we visited and at times it was like we had the beach to ourselves. We loved having the Farmer's Market, ABC store, shave ice and bakery across the street. The banana bread at the farmer's market was the best we had in Maui and we tried A LOT of banana bread. The location in general made it easy to go anywhere in our rental car. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The property is just like the pictures and literally steps away from the beach and the pool. Across the street is a really yummy bakery and a farmers market and shaved ice. Very great location very clean and all the stuff you need for the beach in an outdoor closet. We even had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen. Definitely will be back.!!

We couldn’t have picked a better location! It met all our needs and then some! We definitely want to return soon!

Cute condo on the ground floor. Quick access to the beach and pool. Kids loved getting shave ice and banana bread from the stores across the street.

What a wonderful condo! It had everything we needed: location, beach supplies, convenience. The location was prime. Right next to the pool, beach, and a strip mall with bakery, ABC Store, and shaved ice. It is also a good spot for exploring any part of the island. We really couldn't ask for a better stay. We wished we had a better view of the beach, but it's so close you can hear it. And we wished we had more time to relax at the property. It was our first visit to Maui so we spent a lot of time checking out the island.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teens)! Great location, clean and comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were super comfy! Mahalo!
