Stayed Sep 11, 2021Spectacular view--loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves. The information and arrival processes were a little scattered, but owner was responsive with emails. And I would suggest having an electronic door lock, rather than a physical key that needed to be mailed, and physically shared among guests.

Stayed Sep 1, 2018This is a beautifully appointed condo, overlooking the ocean and the pool (one of 12 on the property). It is ideally located - Bethany Beach is at almost the exact midpoint between Rehoboth and Ocean City. Beaches, boardwalks, outlets, nature preserves, restaurants, and shops . . . nothing is more than 20 minutes away. Sea Colony is a wonderful community, and this condo is probably one of the nicest at Sea Colony.

Stayed Jun 2, 2018This was our 6th year in the condo (family of 3) and we just love it. It's clean, well maintained and comfortable. The owners just made some wonderful improvements such as ceiling fans and new flooring. The balcony is the best...facing the ocean directly!!! The owners take great care to make sure everything is just right. Being up on the 14th floor (only one floor above you) is fantastic!! Great views and little noise from below. We can't say enough positive things about our stay here...home away from home, right on the beach!!!

Stayed Jun 24, 2017The condo had all that we could ask for. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to booking for next year! Tons of living space, sleeping to the sounds of the oceanand bonus touches like black out shades for our little one! It was also great being in the main edgewater building too, so convienient. Great stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have stayed at Sea Colony East every summer for the past 9 years, and this is by far our favorite condominium. The owners take great care in providing an experience that is a cut above. They have thought of and provide lots of extras, like board games to play, books to read, Netflix to watch and some kids toys; boogies boards, sand toys, etc. We really enjoyed this pristine unit. It feels makes you feel like you are at home much more than any of the others we have stayed in. We hope to be back there for the summer of 2016.
