Beds were very comfy. And our host was the most wonderful person ever. We loved the view and location. The kitchen had everything we needed.It is truly a wonderful place!I would definitely recommend this place.

There was absolutely nothing in the fridge like condiments, etc. the kitchen supplies were pretty limited and the place was very worn- chairs peeling inside the home, everything was rusting badly and the master had the tiniest bed ever. The pictures look like things are brand new, but they aren’t.

The location of the Beach House can’t be beat. It was amazing to wake up to the ocean and have all the people watching just outside on the boardwalk. I can’t say enough amazing things about Cindy the property manager. She was an absolute pleasure to work with an exceptionally available Via text. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be dealt with while we were there, like the shower in the master bedroom not working properly, which was a minimal deal since there were two bathrooms. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and the best balcony!

First off the managers communication was great. But the condo was not in great shape. It had rust everywhere inside and out. It was not what I was expecting for a 9.8 star rating. Its a good location and its ok but know in advance its not great.

We had an amazing vacation. The location couldn't have been better and Cindy was the perfect host. We recommend this listing and hope to stay here in the future.

On the beach, great spot, great trip!

Hello! Our host was great to communicate with and was prompt to respond. The only feedback I have is for the faucet handles to be fixed as they are extremely difficult to turn on in the master bathroom; there was also some pretty banged up chairs and pillows in the house that definitely could be upgraded and replaced. Everything else was great and we would stay there again.

This was a very nice place to stay! Lovely view and clean place!! Many new family memories were made!! Close to so many things!!

Our visit to San Diego was perfect. The property manager was responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure times. The condo was in the perfect location to everything whether by car or walking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. e needed.

What a great location!! Easy walk to Belmont Park, restaurants, bike and wet suit rentals, shops and markets. Fun to people watch on the balcony, we saw a lot of dolphins and surfers from the condo also! Kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer were a big bonus, plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Great communication with the host!! (The only thing I recommend is grabbing some toilet paper from the store, we had 4 rolls for 5 people for 4.5 days)

We felt very well taken care of by Cindy both before and during our stay. You can’t beat the location! Our family of 5 all loved the condo and its amenities. We would most definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a awesome beach vacation.

Extremely convenient and fun location right on the beach close to food/shopping/fun. Super enjoyed the view and people watching from the private patio as well as the common area table and chairs. Living room views of the ocean were great as well! Check-in was easy and parking for our large Tundra truck was a perfect bonus! We had everything we needed and then some. We hope to return! Thank you!
