Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Summerhouse condo 810 building b.The only problem of which we wanted the owner to be aware was that we were told check out was 10am. The housekeeper asked if we were leaving at 9am and she came back at 930am. It made us feel very rushed and we were afraid we were going to leave something. We just thought that you might want to talk to her.Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience! I'm sure we'll be back in the future! Thanks for everything, Ron!

We had a great week here! Perfect for relaxation with the comforts of home. Location is perfect being on the quieter family friendly end of the beach. We love the Summerhouse and will stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice and clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The sun drops right in front of the condo for gorgeous sunset views from the balcony! The courtyard area was absolutely beautiful and one of the pools was heated. There is a hot tub that was great this time of year too. Great communication with Ron and the staff were all very friendly. We'll be back!!

Parking was supposed to be free but we were charged 34.24 by Summerhouse. They said owner did not pay for free parking. tvs in both bedrooms messed up. Roku not signed in on tv in master br. Guest br tv wont come on.

Would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet beach area, all you could need available in kitchen with everything new, good mattresses, smaller building, less crowded. Mr. Ussery is fantastic to work with, available and accommodating!

Everything was as described. Had a great time at the beach and pool. Room was clean at check in and master bed was comfortable with a soft mattress topper. Balcony access from either master bedroom or living room was a nice feature. Would stay again

Very clean and updated. The master bed was very comfortable and the master shower was nice. Kitchen had several small appliances that we appreciated. The balcony furniture was excellent.

The property was great. Over all experience was great. Everything was as told or better. Host was very quick to answer if we had a question. Already planning a trip to the same unit for next year. Did not want to leave.

Very comfortable accommodations, this condo had everything we needed. The elevator was super close - access to beach and pools was close. Beautiful view from the balcony, we saw dolphins and birds and even a manatee. The only drawback was that we could hear our neighbors and pool noise at night but we used my phone white noise setting and quiet time starting at 11 was enforced, so we slept well.

Great location that is not super busy. Close to St Andrew state park.

For the most part everything was great. the coffee maker leaked. the rugs were old and dirty. the toilet bowl was cracked. the beds were wonderful, clean and comfortable. great place to stay. the price per night was great! we had a wonderful time.

Condo was very clean, location and view awesome. Check in simple and great communication with owner. We will definitely stay here again. Pool facilities and beach chairs were nice too. No complaints . Many extras. We even were able to get in a couple hours early due to condo being ready.

What a great condo! Great pools, hot tub and easy walk to lounge chairs provided on the beach. This is by far the best place we have stayed as a family. Heck in was easy. Bracelets provided to go in and out of gates to beach. Made us feel safe knowing security made rounds in the evening. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. Condo was spacious and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. Our 14yr old and 11 yr old liked having the bigger beds in this unit. They have out grew the bunks that other places have. The views from balcony were good. The pool area was nice and relaxing also

It was a great place . Off season was perfect. No crouds on the beach. No waiting for the elevator. The place was as advertised. The double beds were the only negative, small for 2 adults, squeaky & shakey.

We loved our stay. Very nice, updated condo, very true to the description & pictures listed. It was very clean, the beds were extra comfortable, the bathrooms & showers very nice, & I loved how well stocked the kitchen was. Would love to stay here every trip to PCB!

We go down to PCB every year in October during my daughter's fall break from school, usually a 3 or 4 night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The complex has plenty of parking, the location is great and the check in process was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the description for the condo were accurate. The view from the balcony was amazing, the balcony wasn't huge but it was plenty big enough. We will definitely stay here again.
