Spacious and lovely

The unit is in need of updating. The owner does not demonstrate pride in their property. The floors had holes in the tiles. Drapes with holes in them. Sad

Really great host

The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Great view from the huge patio that spanned between the bedrooms and living area. The staff was nice and they were helpful. Bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. because there is nothing in the condo. Not even a small bar of hand soap.

Sharla was very communicative and made this very easy. The suit was beautiful and well equipped.

As always, VLE never disappoints. We’ve been visiting every year since 2008, and what truly makes it the best vacation is the people. From the bell staff and front office to La Casona, the pool team, and housekeeping — everyone is exceptional. I wish I could name each person individually, but I’d be afraid to leave someone out because they all deserve recognition.The entire staff goes above and beyond to make every stay special. There’s never anything they won’t try to accommodate. And please remember to tip those who help you — their service is truly worthy of appreciation.

Clean and well equipped. Exactly as described. Excellent views. La Estancia is a premier luxury condo / hotel accommodation. Great choice for any getaway.

Our stay at this villa was great! Check-in was easy and quick and the staff was welcoming and friendly. This specific villa has a beautiful view. It is spacious and we were able to cook breakfast in their full size kitchen. One thing we couldn’t find was a big bowl for mixing the pancake mix or eggs, but we managed with the smaller bowls. It has a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The pool was great and we were able enjoy it without it being overcrowded. There is a poolside bar/restaurant, so it’s very convenient to have some lunch and drinks while at the pool. The beach is very accessible and clean. They bring chairs and umbrellas for you. We had dinner at La Casona on our first night there and it was delicious! We were the only group there but service was top notch. One issue we encountered were with the TVs. The one in the living room and main bedroom kept glitching with the signal, so we were not able to watch any tv on our downtime in the villa due to this. The tv in the other room was stuck in the same channel the entire time and we were not able to change it. We contacted the front desk when we arrived on the first day to let them know if the issue. The sent a technician right away, but he could not fix the issue as it had to do with the tv’s being too old. The owner was called and made aware of the issue but nothing was resolved while we were there. Also, we thought we would be getting a mid-stay clean but they never came. Overall, we had a great time!

Great property! This had the perfect combination of all the things we were looking for - a great and clean condo, both of which the unit and the building are in great condition and well kept, the perfect distance to town and a beach bars, with fantastic views. I’m certain we will return for another stay here.

The view was great. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying breakfast, playing cards and sipping wine. For most people this would not be an issue but the kitchen was not well equipped for preparing food, but 100% for drinking! Would definitely stay here again! Communication was also fantastic.

This property is clean, comfortable and everything about it is great! Host was always there to answer any questions. This is not the first will not be the last.

Loved the location, easy walk to town and right by safe spot to swim in ocean.

Great suite at a beautiful resort!!!

Our annual guys trip has stayed at Villa Estancia several times over the years and will stay there again. Easy cab ride to town and short walk on beach to food and drinks. Service/staff at property are fantastic ! To owner/manager I'd suggest adding more mixing/serving bowls to kitchen. Scrambling eggs in a stock pot is doable but not ideal. Overall, great unit ! Look forward to returning next year

This place is gorgeous - tons of restaurants close by, you can walk to the marina, and the beach is beautiful. We would stay here again.

Well appointed unit with a great balcony. Third full bath was great to have. Staff was very friendly. Service was great.
