I had such a great stay! Everything wonderful.

The property needed a broom, toilet bowl brush and the light didn’t work on the balcony. It would have been nice if there was an ice maker. A grab bar In the shower would be great.

Room was very clean and well stocked for our short trip. Loved the view. Pricing was ideal and would recommend to others.

Perfect beach front location. Great size for 2 adults. Plus small children would be fine.Saw my first armadillo ever!

The condo was exactly what we expected. The only issue we had was the smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived. It eventually dissipated because we got used to it. Other than that it was fantastic.

The location is unbeatable right on the water with stunning views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee while watching the sunrise was absolutely perfect.The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the easy access to the beach made our days so relaxing. Being part of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort community was a huge bonus.We loved being close to so many great restaurants and shops. Everything is just a short drive or even a walk away.Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Safe location, clean location, even tho a bit noise fixing the pool, but it was just a few hour during the day, when you’re actually doing things elsewhere. Clean all needed stay with a beautiful view, it’s all I needed for my get away stay.You get all your answers right away!

We really enjoyed everything about the room. The bed right next to the patio was amazing to keep open at night and hear the ocean waves. The kitchen was properly stocked so we cooked a good bit. Everything was just amazing. My only critique would be the shower pressure. But that’s it!

The 4th Floor Studio was perfect for our needs. 1st time visiting the area and location was perfect. Appreciated the gated security. View from big balcony was awesome and easy access to beach. The full kitchen, washer and dryer was a big plus not often seen in a studio. Convenient to elevator and parking garage. Property management was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Would suggest to cleaning staff to include cleaning balcony railing and balcony furniture in between rentals.

Very loud construction everywhere. No pool as when we booked it it wasnt listed online till later, huge disappointment. On the upside Manager Ashley was very nice.
