Stayed Mar 31, 2026The ocean beach view from the room is amazing. Dawn was absolutely the best and helped with every question we had. The set up she had with beach chairs, cart, and umbrella were perfect for the two of us.

Stayed Mar 23, 2026Property owner (Dawn) was great to work with. Location (on 8th floor) gave GREAT sunsets and the beach was just across the street. The pool in the complex was also nice.

Stayed Mar 4, 2026We had a great time. Across the street from the beach and Doc’s restaurant. The pool was right next to the building. The condo was equipped with anything you would need for your stay. Hope we can go back again.

Stayed Feb 15, 2026Didn't meet the host, but she left clear information online. Everything needed for our stay was available and, of course, the location and view are prime. We have stayed in Bonita Springs for the last 15 years and watched repairs on these buildings after Ian. Glad we could stay here.

Stayed Apr 14, 2019The condo was just as described ! Everything we needed for my husband and myself. Dawn is readily available for any questions or concerns ! She will resolve any problem or issue quickly ! We had to change our reservation due to flight change and Dawn took care of it ! We had a great stay and definitely glad we stayed in Bonita Springs area, the beach was clean and no construction in this area ! Thanks again Dawn and Max !

Stayed Apr 7, 2019We had an amazing stay at this condo! First off, the view can not be beat. We spent lots of time sitting on the lanai looking out at the Gulf. Dawn is the Hostest with the Mostest! We traveled with our 3 1/2 year old son and she had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Towels, chairs, coolers and even a cart to haul it all. The condo was clean and stocked with absolutely everything you may need. We can’t wait to book again next year!
