Bonita National is a gated, luxury resort style golfing community located in Bonita Springs, FL. Amenities include a clubhouse, three restaurants, large gym including exercise classes, SPA, main pool, three satellite pools, hot tub and 8 lighted clay tennis courts. This former model condo with extra architectural details is professionally decorated and furnished. This unit is in the Terraces, on the first floor and is the Antonia floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has both a lake view and fairway view. The condo is 1194 Sq. ft ,has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and porcelain ceramic tile throughout. The screened lanai has a floor with pavers and has amazing sunset views over looking the lake and clubhouse. There is an in unit full sized washer and dryer and a separate outside storage area for golf clubs, bikes etc. This unit also includes a full golf membership. A golf membership transfer fee allows renters to golf at a reduced greens fees. We are presently interested in renting from January 1, 2027 through February 28, 2027 for a two month block. The unit is also available December 2026 at a reduced rate.

Starting with the owners, Mike and Pam, this apartment and them are just wonderful.The apartment is on the first floor and well equipped and stocked! Comfort is the main theme! We especially liked the lanai, facing west, which had a comfortable couch and cushioned chair with an ottoman! Was great on cloudy days! The apartment was cozy, clean and had any amenity needed! Bonita National itself is a gem and provides any activity one could desire!All in, an easy choice, no drama!

I have rented many places both near and far. I have never had a better experience than this syay. Our host, Mike, was absolutely fabulous. The house was perfect. Everything in it was brand new. Colorful. Well thought out. The clubhouse was beautiful and the pool was amazing.. There are beautiful tennis courts in the community and to restaurants.
