Bonita Beach Condo Unit 19 is on the second floor and is directly on the beaches. The views are amazing and the condo is well equipped to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The condo has 1650 sq. ft. with three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room with a sofa sleeper, dining room, and kitchen overlooking the beaches. The primary suite has a king sized bed, private ensuite and bedroom window overlooking the beaches. The second main bedroom has a king bed, two windows overlooking the parking lot, and a private ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, and one window overlooking the parking lot and a shared hall bathroom.. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, flat screened TV's with Xfinity cable, and comfy beds.

The kitchen is well stocked and has the appliances you expect to find in a vacation rental to make your stay convenient, stove/oven, microwave, fridge with ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pot. There's an island with barstools and a dining room table that seats six. The dining room overlooks the beaches, what a view. The living room also overlooks the beaches and has a sofa sleeper, three occasional chairs, flat screened TV. Furnishings are comfy and accommodating.

There is a full sized Speed Queen washer and dryer set in the unit for guest use.

The deck overlooks the beaches and spans the width of the unit. The views are unobstructed. Look and you'll see pods of dolphins splashing in the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful sunsets and mesmerizing surf and shoreline. The top of the railing is wide enough to use as a counter for al fresco dining or resting your favorite beverage while taking in the views. There are patio tables, chairs and on the deck for relaxing and visiting with family and friends.

Bonita Beach is a smaller complex consisting of only twenty units divided among five buildings. There are ten first floor units (1-10) and ten second floor units (11 - 20) in the complex. The pool is directly in front of the third building, which houses units 5, 6, 15 and 16. Each Bonita Beach unit is only steps away from the pool and just a few steps to the beach. There is dedicated parking for each unit and guest parking is also available on a first come basis. It is recommended to travel with no more than two vehicles per unit as parking may be limited during holidays and prime rental seasons.

Bonita Beach is a smoke free resort. Smoking is not permitted on premises. No smoking on balcony or inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the beach.
