Bonita Beach Club 7th floor: Spectacular Gulf Views

The property was newly renovated, & very well equipped down to the last detail. The owner John was very receptive of any wishes, & was constantly updating us about anything he thought we needed to know. The grounds of the place were always immaculate, the pool was large, very clean & well maintained. All in all a wonderful way to rediscover the joys of travelling.

My stay at Bonita Beach Club was perfect. The condo was great with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The views were breathtaking and my favorite part was listening to the gulf at night when I went to sleep. The owner was very accessible and responsive to any questions. I mention that the toaster wasn't working properly and the next day a new toaster arrived! All the other owners and renters were so friendly which really made my stay perfect..

Our stay was just fantastic...all we expected from the pics and more! The view from every room is breathtaking. The home (condo) is fully updated and comfortable. We are signed up for a stay next year and are already excited about returning. Oh, and walking the beach out front and taking in sunsets, well, what can we say! The unit is at the best location in the complex by far, is clean, well maintained and includes amenities that are beyond expectations!

I can't say enough kind words about John, the owner of this unit. We rented BBC Paradise II. He was a pleasure to work with and was so very helpful with ANY questions I had along the way. We usually travel with a big group of friends and their families but this year for Christmas we decided to just go it alone. Our kids, ages 14 & 18 were not excited about this:). My Husband actually said this was by far his favorite vacation we have ever taken. Bonita Beach is my happy place and someday when I grow up:) I'm going to be a snowbird like John and his Family:) I would recommend this unit and property to anyone. In Michigan we say if you seek a pleasant peninsula, look about you. In southwest Florida if you seek paradise, you must visit Bonita Beach. The condos at Bonita Beach Club offer the ultimate location for rest, relaxation, and just about any activity you care to pursue. Our rental this year was exceptional. Equipped with all the comforts necessary to make one feel at home in paradise. Newly remodeled with updated decor, new appliances, and comfortable furnishings, along with outstanding views of the gulf, pool and gardens from front and rear lanias allowed for total comfort and relaxation. Sunsets are too beautiful to describe. Shopping and dining options are close by. Wonderful owners are very accommodating and always available if needed. We have vacationed all along the southwest cost of Florida from Venice to Marco Island many times. Three years ago, we found the BBC, and this year the perfect rental. We look forward to returning to paradise next year!

We just returned from 2 months (Nov. and Dec. 2014) at Bonita Beach Club. The recently updated 7th floor condo has everything you would need, including new stainless appliances and renovated bathrooms. The front lanai overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard, the pool, and the gulf. The balcony off both bedrooms has a wonderful view of the inlet. Being on the north tip of the island, the inlet is a great area to look for shells at low tide. The owner is great to work with and wants to make your stay great. We enjoyed the beach, biking, pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. We have been to many beaches in Florida and this has become our favorite! We can’t wait to return.

Our first visit to Bonita Beach Club was spectacular - hopefully there will be many more. The unit was newly renovated with all the bells and whistles - stainless steel appliances, new full sized washer and dryer, furniture and tile flooring. Fantastic sunset views. Owners are extremely gracious and easy to work with. BBC's amenities are plentiful and we took advantage of all. Can't wait until next year!

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this condo. The unit was well equipped for out of town arrivals and we had a relaxing enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for gulf views and spectacular sunsets. The decor is current, tasteful and casual. The owners anticipated every need and were very attentive to our request during our stay. Bonita Beach has something for everyone whether it be poolside, combing the beach for shells, playing tennis, fishing, shopping, food, jet skis, parasailing and the list goes on. I can highly recommend this condo for the perfect vacation with family and friends.

A simply spectacular top floor condo! It is meticulously clean, efficient and beautifully decorated. The owners have taken great care to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. All the amenities and conveniences are there from free wifi to a brand new full size washer and dryer. There are spectacular views of the sunset and gulf and there is nothing more relaxing than having your morning coffee on the lanai and watching the dolphins swim by. There is also the added bonus of waking up to the view of the bay from the back balcony. The buildings and grounds are exceptionally well maintained and the ocean front heated pool is great for swimming, sunning and meeting other vacationers. The beach was perfect for our morning walks/jogs and shelling. Although we've stayed all over Florida, including nearby and Marco Island, we love Bonita Beach for it's serenity and central location to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We thank our gracious owners who were available if we needed them and handled our transactions smoothly and efficiently. We can't wait for our return visit next year.

The condo has just been renovated-new furniture,washer/dryer, freshly painted & tastefully decorated. Very clean & owner is very responsive. This was our first winter trip south & we were delighted with the area-very close to Naples, good restaurants, right on the Gulf with magnificant views of the gulf from both bedroom sliding glass doors to a balcony. It is in a lg. complex with a beautifully manicured courtyard & very quiet despite the number of units. Parking is covered, other guests/owners there are lovely, friendly people & they have a number of activites for guests-aqua-aerobics classes in the heated pool, movie nights with current films, Happy Hours, cards & Bridge, shelling (rivals Sanibel), etc. We loved it & are returning next yr.
