Great place! Very clean and well located for pool and beach access. Had a great time with our two kids here!

Beautiful location and easy access to several lovely natural areas. Well stocked pantry for staples and toiletries was an unexpected convenience.

Host was good communicator. My family enjoyed the stay.

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! Beautiful place in a serene setting. We enjoyed the big lanai overlooking the pond, the walking paths and the nice heated pool. The condo had all the amenities for a comfortable stay and the host was very helpful and a great communicator! We would not hesitate to go back!

Thank you so much Karl! We loved your condo. From the amazing Speakman shower head to the various incidentals (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc) to the gorgeous lanai, everything was perfect. Even the pillows on the super comfy bed were fantastic. We had a great Thanksgiving and we will certainly be back! Thank you again.

This was a beautifully decorated condo with a nice big screened-in lanai that overlooked a beautiful lake. A very quiet, serene location! Karl made sure that we had plenty of everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Only a couple minute walk to the beautiful pool. Karl was excellent at all communication and worked with us to get us in before the check in time! Would stay here again and would highly recommend this place!

Location is perfect - short way inside the Bonita Bay gates and walking distance from the Saturday outdoor market and Di Romos. The unit is quiet and well equipped with mature landscaping and a nice view of a pond. Also plenty of lamps with good bulbs. Too many rentals have poor lighting for reading at night but this one was great. I used one of the bikes to ride the full Bonita Bay bike path system. The community is lovely. The owner / host was very responsive. My only knock is that the TVs are not smart TVs. If you want to watch a streaming program plan to do it on your laptop. But overall we had a great stay.

Karl's place is very attractive, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, as well as walking and biking the lovely community pathways. We had everything we needed and Karl was very clear and prompt with communication.Wild Pines was quiet except for the Cane toads, which were very loud at night. It appeared the association is working on controlling them.

This is a great condo located in a lovely area. We look forward to returning!

The condo was very clean, and the Bonita Bay community is lovely to stay in. You have access to the pool, kayaks, walking paths - and even though the private beach was closed when we went (restoration from the 2022 hurricane), the option to go to Lovers Key was PERFECT. There is a free shuttle from Bonita Bay, and Bonita Bay employees are at the beach to set out chairs for you. The owner was really easy to communicate with - we noticed that one of the toilets was leaking, and he was super responsive. Thank you so much!

Karl A was a good host. He responded to all questions & requests within 24 hours. We had an issue with the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom needing to be replaced & he had a new one shipped the next day. Wild Pines condos are currently getting new roofs, which may be a concern for renters during the next few months. Another owner told us it will be going on for the nect 3 months! The construction begins at 7am & finishes at 6pm. There is quite a lot of noise associated with the process because there are huge cranes & other trucks involved. We were disappointed because there was no such thing as a quiet morning relaxing out on the lanai, but other than that, we weren't affected by it because we were either at the beach or doing something else in the area. Since the private beach is currently closed for rennovation, the shuttle ride to Lover's Key is quite long. We didnt like that at all! We did appreciate that Bonita Bay provided beach chairs available to use, though, which meant we only had to take care of the umbrella. As far as the condo goes, the main bedroom was very nice, but bedroom #2 was disappointing. The blinds need to he closed all the time, so its a very dark room where the light must be turned on whenever you enter. Also, the 2 single beds are FIRM! My husband liked that, but i did not! Overall it was a good stay with a few disappointments.
